Pastor, the most stabs you will receive will be from the people you did not disciple well, the people you feared to subject to the refinery heat - the people you kept fearing 'what will my bishop say if I rebuke them!" You must let them know that they must cultivate serious disciplines! They must depart from things which which strangle their destinies. The height of spirituality is transformation!

A Prayerless church will be full of evil doers! Yes, people who practice witchcraft after church. It will never go out for soul winning! It is full of slanderers and people who speak against each other! It is a church walking only in the flesh! The pastor will be bewitched by members and he will die a miserable death! It is a comfortable church! The choir members are promiscuous, it is already a dead church! Preaching to prayerless people is the most difficult work on earth! They have no spiritual understanding! They understand mshene and carnal talks but they don't understand spiritual things! A pastor must "enforce" a culture of prayer without second guessing it.

The world again has lost Charlie Kirk—not to time or illness, but to the very kind of violence he spent his life courageously confronting. At just 31, Charlie understood that standing for truth in our fractured age comes with real costs, and tragically, he paid the ultimate price.

Charlie never took the easy path. While others remained silent on college campuses where conservative voices were shouted down, he showed up anyway. While others avoided controversial topics that might hurt their careers, he spoke boldly about the principles he believed would save our nation. He knew that speaking truth to a hostile culture could be dangerous—and he did it anyway.
Through Turning Point USA, Charlie inspired a generation of young Americans to think critically, stand courageously, and never apologize for their convictions. He proved that one person willing to speak truth, regardless of the consequences, could change the trajectory of a movement and a nation.

Charlie’s life reminds us that freedom isn’t free, and neither is truth. His legacy will live on in every young person who chooses courage over comfort, principle over popularity. He stood for what was right when it mattered most—even unto death.

Even though you are no longer with us, Your voice echoes on.

Timing matters in life!

It’s true in your spiritual life too. Ecclesiastes 8:6 says, “There is a right time and a right way to do everything, but we know so little!” (GNT). Sometimes God wants you to move quickly, and sometimes he wants you to move slowly. So how can you know the difference?

You should move fast . . .
When God tells you to do something. “Without delay I hurry to obey your commands” (Psalm 119:60 GNT).

When you need to ask for or offer forgiveness. “If you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.” (Matthew 5:23-24 NIV).

When you feel tempted. “Run from all these evil things” (1 Timothy 6:11 NLT).

When you’ve made a promise to God. “When you make a promise to God, keep it as quickly as possible. He has no use for a fool. Do what you promise to do” (Ecclesiastes 5:4 GNT).

When you have the opportunity to do good. “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act” (Proverbs 3:27 NIV).

When God offers you salvation. “For God says, ‘At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.’ Indeed, the ‘right time’ is now. Today is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2 NLT).

You should move slowly . . .
When you don’t have the facts. “Enthusiasm without knowledge is no good; haste makes mistakes” (Proverbs 19:2 NLT).

When you’re hurt or angry. “Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry” (James 1:19 NIV).

When you’re making a major decision. “Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure” (Proverbs 4:26 ESV).

When you’re waiting for a seed you’ve planted to grow. “At the time I have decided, my words will come true. You can trust what I say about the future. It may take a long time, but keep on waiting—it will happen!” (Habakkuk 2:3 CEV).

Many Christians still carry guilt and fear, thinking God is judging them. The Bible says that all God’s wrath for sin was placed on Jesus—not on believers. Sin has consequences, but condemnation is gone. The war between God and mankind is over.

CHARLIE KIRK: A MODERN-DAY CHRISTIAN MARTYR

The tragic murder of Charlie Kirk yesterday is no different than the stoning of the first Christian martyr, Stephen, recorded in the Bible in Acts 7. Stephen openly challenged the religious system of his day, successfully proving that Jesus was indeed the Jewish Messiah. The scribes and Pharisees could not overcome his arguments, so they killed him.

Likewise, Charlie Kirk was a defender of biblical truth and very successfully argued against the “wokeness” and insanity of the modern left. They couldn’t out-argue him, so they killed him.

And it wasn’t a single gunman who fired the shot. The liberal media has been characterizing anyone who disagrees with their new religion as Hi**er and a fascist. They are just as guilty as Saul, who held the cloaks of those who stoned Stephen to death. They may not have pulled the trigger, but they armed the gunman with hate that removed the safety and allowed the weapon to be fired.

This new religion calls all evil good and all good evil (Is. 5:20). It is the exact thing Jesus spoke of in John 3:19–20, where He said, “Men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” Many will relegate Charlie’s murder to being a political assassination, but this was pure evil fighting against good. Just as Jesus said, everyone who does evil hates the light because it exposes their evil deeds.

This murder was evil, pure and simple, and it’s hypocritical for those who lit the fire against all that is good and fanned the flames to now condemn the destruction that their own rhetoric produced.

Many will see this as a sign that we have lost the nation, but in truth, it is just the opposite. This shows that the ungodly left recognizes they are losing, and that the only way they can survive is to silence all opposition. Charlie Kirk was a once-in-a-generation catalyst who reached millions, especially young people, with a message of hope, and started a movement that will long outlive him.

I believe that just as the first-century church responded to the persecution that came against them by praying that the Lord would give them boldness to proclaim the Gospel even more (Acts 4), so the younger generation that was so inspired by Charlie will take up the torch and multiply Charlie’s efforts a millionfold.

Just as the name of the organization Charlie started (Turning Point), this will be a turning point in our nation. Those who have been on the sidelines are going to come off the bench and get involved in the fight.

And just as Saul, who became Apostle Paul, was pricked in his heart until he finally encountered Jesus on the road to Damascus, many who have been promoting the insanity that wars against all common sense are recognizing today that this cannot be the way forward for this nation. I believe many are looking in the mirror to see that they have become something even they don’t like. They are primed for a Damascus road encounter with the only One who can change the hearts of men, and the Lord will bring good out of this evil as only He can.

As for Charlie, he is more alive today than he ever was. The Scriptures reveal Jesus as seated at the Father’s right hand, but when Stephen was stoned to death, he saw Jesus standing at the Father’s right hand. I believe that this was Jesus honoring the first Christian martyr. Likewise, I imagine Jesus and all of heaven standing and honoring a modern-day hero and martyr of the Christian faith as Charlie entered into his heavenly reward.

It is absolutely miraculous what Charlie was able to accomplish in his short thirty-one years. It testifies that this was not just a man, but God working through a man who influenced a nation so strongly that the President, political leaders, news outlets, and even baseball games all rose to the occasion and honored this young man who willingly put himself in the cross hairs of an ungodly few for the sake of doing what is right.

We pray for his wife, Erika, and his two young children, who will bear the loss of a husband and father for the rest of their lives. But we take courage knowing that just as the Pharisees didn’t extinguish the message by killing the messenger, so the truth that Charlie articulated will live on in the hearts of all those whose lives he touched.

Great is Charlie’s reward!

Today, on 9/11 we remember the violent acts committed against our nation in 2001. We are also saddened by the recent violence in Charlotte, NC, the home of Derek Prince Ministries USA, where an innocent young woman was stabbed to death while riding on public transit on her way home from work. And just yesterday, Charlie Kirk was murdered while speaking to students on a college campus. These are not isolated incidents, but a snapshot of the social climate of our country. While our hearts are heavy, we are not without hope. We have an assurance in 2 Chronicles 7:14 that healing can take place. If.
