Bishop Rotich was today installed at Aic South Rift Area Church council offices in Litein as the deputy presiding bishop of the said area council serving under Bishop Paul Kirui. This comes after the unforgettable demise of Late Bishop Jonestone Cheruiyot of Kapsogut last year.
