Good morning everyone hope you're all fine.
So on Sunday we had a meeting were we looked at some issues concerning Easter conference.
Here are some of the issues we looked at!!!
1) its either we should invite a guest speaker or we should use our own pastors, elders and deacons not forgetting the youths.But after looking in all angles we reached at the conclusion that will not have a guest speaker rather we will use our own.

2) the amount or the registration fees on that one we agreed that it will be k100 inclusive.

3) time looking at the situation which we are in we agreed that will be starting at 14hrs to 18 or 18:03hrs and that no one will lodge.

4)Departments on that we agreed that those who have been heading this departments will continue as usual.
So this are some of the issues we looked at on Sunday God bless you.
