Pastor Behind the Pulpit

Behind the pulpit is not just a man with a microphone — it’s a shepherd with a burden. Before the first “Good morning church,” there were early morning prayers, late night counseling calls, doubts wrestled through, and families carried in the heart. The suit looks pressed on Sunday, but Monday through Saturday it’s worn down by intercession, criticism, joy, and warfare that the congregation never sees. Yet in all of it, the call remains: to feed, to lead, and to point people to Jesus even when your own hands feel weak.

_“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them — not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be.”_ (1 Peter 5:2)
