YOUR BATTLES ARE GODS!
Chron 32:8. “With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah,” 2 Chronicles 32:8.

One thing we should know as believers is that battles are not won because we are smart, intelligent, strong or have expertise. Battles are won when we hand over the battle to the Lord. He said in His word in 2 Chronicles 20:15, that our battle is His. All we need to do is not to be afraid nor dismayed because He will fight for us and victory will be ours.
From 2 Chronicles 32, we can see 2 things that made the children of Israel win the battle:
1. The leader, Hezekiah, strengthened himself and repaired, set in place the necessary things, 2 Chronicles 32:5. When challenges come in an organization, the leader should not chicken out because if he does, the followers will lose hope. The leader should strengthen and encourage himself and set up the necessary things that need to be put in place. It is a problem when the leader that should inspire hope on the followers starts complaining and becoming afraid like them. The enemy will just take advantage of the leader’s weakness and failure will be the outcome. So every leader of every organization should brace up to responsibility by first being strong in the midst of the challenge so as to inspire others to courage.
2. In 2 Chronicles 32:6-7, Hezekiah called a meeting and selected able leaders that would lead each group and instilled faith in them by charging and motivating them to be strong and courageous because they have a mighty God while their enemy was depending on the arm of flesh which fails. This boosted the people's hope of winning the battle. Every leader must learn to open the eyes of their followers to see the big God in them and what they can achieve leaning on the big God. It is how you see God that provokes His manifestation, if you see your God as one that loses battle, so will it be to you but if you see your God as one that wins all battles, you will come out victorious in every battle. LET GOD BE A WINNER.

Ecclesiastes 11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap. Praise be to God poG, I pray this morning that we may have our inner ears to listen to the word of God this morning, that we must not observe the direction of the wind to sow and we must not go with the heaviness of the clouds to plant. The enemy tend to remind us of our state of economy(finances) when we want to give or stand with someone, we look at our situation and see inadequacy and how we are troubled in our lives that we stop giving! I want to charge us that, that is the right time to give! Remember the widow with the last bit of oil and how the man of God commanded her to prepare that last meal with the oil? She obeyed and became the supplier in the entire village! She sowed against all odds.*DON'T LOOK @ YOUR SITUATION TO GUIDE YOUR SUPPORT TO BUILDING A PRAYER HOUSE FOR GOD, JUST GIVE! HE'S FAITHFUL. Amen!
