A true friend will hurt your feelings to protect you from doing the wrong thing. But, many people will rather choose those that will encourage them to do the wrong things as their true friends. Jesus will call you his friend if you are willing to be corrected by His word. Most times the correction hurts. Sometimes God expects you to give Him the most valuable thing in your life.
Will you be ready to give the one thing you cherish most in your life to Him? Abraham did it and God called him His friend.

Genesis 50:20
You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives._

Building physical body requires a well balanced diet and enough sleep at least 8 hours if I'm not wrong, while building spiritual body you have to forgo meals for sometimes, sleep less and stay awake,..
Sleep drains your strength to pray since some sleep is an attack ....

This is the dispensation we've entered in, the world and the church has become inseparable spirit of modernity is all over,.. Breaking demonic altars has become a nightmare to men of God,
