LIFE AND TEACHING OF JESUS CHRIST

The manifested presence of the Holy Spirit and the release of the
power is to provide an interactive learning experience for the
purpose of equipping and benefiting the believer for the work of God.
This does not mean that the believer is going to do the work of God,
but rather that the believer will be empowered by God to work. In
either case, it is still God doing the work through the believer. The
manifested presence of the Holy Spirit gives the believer the sense
of spiritual feeling to know and understand the spiritual movement
and involvement of God by His Spirit. The release of the power gives
the believer the enabling capacity to respond to the activities. The
earlier the h/she masters the key principles and procedures, the
quicker h/she moves from level to level to achieve more, much more,
and greater measures of the release of the power.
I want you to know that the human Jesus Christ was real, as well
as the manifestation of the presence and power of the Holy Spirit on His life. It showed the two prominent ways that God operates, which
are either direct or indirect involvement or engagement. There is
God’s personal engagement versus God using substitute or
alternative avenues, sources or channels through the manifested
presence of the Holy Spirit to release His power to work. Another
way to see it is God taking up another form — a human look, for
example. The manifestation process is an inspirational teaching
method, and it is the key to knowing and understanding the secrets
of the anointing. Teaching and learning, and seeing and hearing are
similar but one is higher. They are the foundations to powerful
demonstrations. They combine the power of theory, application and
implementation to give unparalleled experience and expertise. The
life and teaching of Jesus Christ on the anointing provided whole
learning tools to knowing and understanding the anointing in ways
that has never been explored before.
Jesus Christ emphasized on the short term versus the long-term
approach to the anointing through the impartation and gifts of the
Holy Spirit. (See Matthew 10:1-8; Luke 10:1-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-
10; Isaiah 55:1; Luke 11:9-11). This is not to say that the gifts and
impartation represents the anointing, however, they the closest
alternative until we receive the true anointing. Jesus demonstrated
the many ways that the anointing can be applied by transferring or
imparting the anointing on His own life to the believers, and laying on
of hands and use of materials to heal people, etc. (See John 9:6-7;
Matthew 8:14-15a; Luke 22:50-51). He touched on the great
importance of respecting the jurisdictional restrictions of the levels
and measures of the anointing, and helped the disciples to avoid
miscalculation problems that come due to over-stepping the
boundary or limit of authority and power. (See 2 Kings 2:9; Matthew
10:1-6).
With the law of manifestation, the LORD God established a
physical platform — a human address and a dwelling place of His
Spirit. God took the human form in the person of Jesus Christ and
the Holy Spirit entered Him. God entered the believers and,
furthermore, filled and clothed them with the life and power of God to
do His work. The anointing is a methodical means of applying the life and
power of God. The power of God is part of His person, so there is no
way of imitating, mimicking or manufacturing the presence of the
Holy Spirit and the power of God. Nevertheless, we must exercise
diligent caution to know that where there is the true, there is also the
false or counterfeit. And only having the real will help you to expose
the fake. If someone promises to give you the Holy Spirit and the
power of God, I am sorry. If, h/she promises to show you how to get
it, that is fair and more realistic. If money cannot buy the anointing,
and there is no other way to achieve it, the best thing to do is to
follow proper instruction and direction, or you will miss it. (See Isaiah
55:1; Acts 8:18-24).
Opening up the life of Jesus Christ, revisiting His teaching, and
examining the depth of His works can lead us to the door from
whence He came. We can know the gate from which He entered —
from His manifestation to the revelation of His glory. The interaction
of the manifested presence of the Holy Spirit and the release of the
power give the believer the enabling ability of theoretical knowledge
and experience, so h/she can apply and implement it with
understanding and wisdom. Training and education build a cultural
stage, which facilitates cultural learning so it becomes part of our
lives. Experience makes the best teacher!

Security and Protection
Operating according to the prompting unction of the manifestation
of the presence of the Spirit and release of the power is taking the
issue of your security and protection seriously, which is the key to
safe-guarding and safekeeping your life. Because safety works with
rules, you must prioritize safety over victory or you are unwise. To be
more than a conqueror, you must be leadership and rulership
minded, or your victories will be short-lived. The prompting unction of
the anointing is God’s leadership over your life to help you avoid
mistaken or wrongful turns. There is a difference between a level
and measure of security and maximum security, and it depends on
the believer’s desire and prayer to either dwell in the anointing
platform or aim to enter the glory realms. It is much difficult to reach
the believer in the glory than with the anointing. The anointing goes
through chain reactions and methodical means to apply the power.
The manifestation comes before the release of the power. The
believer must know and understand both the manifestation of the
presence of the Holy Spirit and release of the power to be effective
and efficient in working with God.
Therefore, the enemy knows and understands when to pick his
target in-between the season of the manifestation of the presence of
the Spirit and time of the release of the power to strike back. He can
also wait for the anointing to completely submerge or the man
presence of the Holy Spirit to dissipate. Secondly, the enemy knows
and understands to use entrapment by drawing the believer outside
the confines of the legal jurisdictional and territorial boundary of
authority and power in a reckless pursuit for victory. The believer can
fight clear and cleanly, but only if h/she understands the secrets of
the anointing. Victory is not the greatest focus of battle, but safety
and protection of your life.
Victory comes in different ways; sometimes, without even a fight.
If you can get the enemy to surrender without a fight, you have
achieved the greatest victory. Fighting everywhere and every time does not make the believer so powerful in God. It is living a survival
life instead of an established life. It only shows that the believer is
not ready to rule with God. Often, we get carried away in our
warfare. I know men and women of God of whom the enemy is after
everyday and night. Some of them believe they are successful and
very powerful.
It is normal for the enemy to pursue a man or woman of God if
they lack the range of authority and power to be protected from the
enemy’s attacks. Wherever they enter becomes a battleground and
this often presents problems for people around them. Violating your
jurisdictional limit or boundary of authority and power invites the
enemy to pursue you wherever you go. The same thing applies to
fighting a battle that is not yours. Operating within the fine-line of the
manifestation of the presence of the Holy Spirit and release of the
power requires an in-depth knowledge, understanding and wisdom
besides counsel, might, fear of the LORD and judgment besides the
character of God, or we will think that we have the world under our
control.

OUTPOURING OF THE HOLYSPIRIT

The wall of partition that separates the human life from the spirit
life is the soul and body. When that wall comes down, the human life
is open to the spirit realms. The change is progressive, but it can be
expedited depending on the person’s knowledge of what God is
doing, or h/she will continue to resist God. When spiritual hunger and
thirst are aroused in the believer, the response is part of seeking
God, or he will be satisfied with self-will and self-rule. The way to
achieve the power of God is union with God until the unification with
God. The difference is that in “union with God” both can reach an
agreement to cooperate on a project or given task and yet, remain
separate persons. After the activity, both can resume their respective
lives until another agreement is worked out. The Bible said, can two
walk together, except they be agreed? (Amos 3:3).
If your life is not open to receive (embrace and welcome) the life
of God, you will never have the power of God. You may operate with
the gifts of the Spirit or perhaps the impartation of the anointing. This
is why you must be filled to overflow, to experience that power
working through your life to some degree. You must open your life to
receive the life of God — surrender your life to the outpouring of the
Holy Spirit. Your body is designed and built to house God. You are
God’s temple and dwelling place. That is how the power of God is
received and channeled to work through your life. This is the
manifestation of the presence of God, which leads to the release of
the power of God.
The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is the process of achieving the
ease of the manifested presence of the Spirit and release of the
power of God through the indwelling, infilling and outward overflow.
The life and power of God work to affect the whole believer for
the purpose of the Will of God. How much comes out depends on
how much is stored inside, and how much spills out in the overflow
upon the believer. The secret is how quickly it can be poured out and
how fast it will take to reach the surface from inside of the believer.
The level of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and measure of the
release of the power is a determining factor to how far the believer. can reach and how much he can accomplish with and for God
through the anointing.

OUTPOURING OF THE SPIRIT
The soul life depends on the emotions, mind, and will to sense
and feel. The sense of feeling works with the soul and body;
therefore, it takes a process to achieve the common union of the
whole person. The heart of the person is the key part of the human
life. It is the vital organ. The heart represents the seat of a person ’ s
spirit life. If the heart stops beating, the person will die physically, so
also when the heart of man stops beating for God, h/she will suffer
spiritual death. This is the separation that divide the union of God
and the person. The mind works to develop mental pictures or visual
graphic images, and the heart is the faculty of reasoning — the
thought life, which leads to decision-making. That decision-making is
a matter of life and death. The heart can understand spiritual
language, but it needs to be taught or fed. Once it is taught, it can
digest information faster, because of the Holy Spirit in the heart of
the believer.
God asks for the heart of the believer because it is a key part of
the human life in order to save his life. From the heart of man God
can now work to affect the soul and body to preserve, enable, and
protect the whole parts of man. When the heart of man rejects God,
it is equivalent to death because at that point the person loses his or
her sense of spiritual guidance. God sees such life as unprofitable
because it lacks the touch of the reality of the purpose of life.
When the believer begins to cry out for the life and power of God,
the wall of partition that separates the soul and the spirit is opened
like a hatch door. The outpouring of the Spirit is ushered into the soul
to affect the emotion, mind and will. Furthermore, the excess
overflow spills out upon the physical surface to unite the spirit, soul,
and body for the Will of God. The spirit of the believer is regenerated
but the believer remains the manager of his life until the life and
power of God fills and overflows upon him to bring God’s change —
leadership in his life. That change is necessary to achieve unity between the spirit, soul, and body of the believer to work with God,
or he will live a double life.

THE POWER UPON YOU VRSUS OVERSHADOWING

Upon receiving the power, you can then begin to work with the
power according to the prompting unction or leadership of the Holy
Spirit. To stir up the anointing, you need a quality prayer life because
the outpouring of the Spirit is contingent to the release of the power.
(See 2 Kings 4:29-35).
In prayer you need power: knowledge, understanding, and
wisdom besides counsel, might, fear of the LORD and judgment to
get results. There is no part of working with the anointing that does
not requires a mechanical approach and technical ability. That is
what the manifestation of the presence of the Holy Spirit and release
of the power inspire — teach to enable a person to respond and act
promptly to the movement of the Spirit. The two ways the Holy Spirit
inspires and teaches is by referencing everything through the grid of
the written word and moving upon you by His manifested presence.
(See 2 Timothy 3:16). Accuracy involves taking thorough inventory
so that you will not underscore or exceed your limit. We must know
and understand that the anointing takes full inventory of a person’s
life so the person can do the same. In God, everything is pre￾calculated and regulated to fit within a framework and time-frame,
and exceeding the limit or boundary is walking into known
disappointment. The limitation is because of the level and measure,
which sets the boundary to restrain further advancement without
formal authorization.
When we truly understand how to receive the anointing, and how
the anointing works, we will begin to prayerfully stir up the storage
room to draw the greater outflow. When it begins to pour out, we will
jump into action to achieve powerful results. There is nothing
magical about the anointing, except that you have to secure the
manifested presence of the Holy Spirit first to see the release of the
power. In the process, you learn to follow the leadership of the Spirit
and work with the release of the power according to the Will of God.
The reason why there is a great need for management skills in working with the anointing is that the manifested presence of the
Holy Spirit and the release of the power are seasonal and must be
applied on time or according to availability. Knowing and
understanding when to act, what to do, and when to wait are the
keys to seeing the expected end.
Management and accountability go together, so taking a thorough
inventory of the anointing of God in your life will tell you how much
you have and how much you can do. It is extremely important to
remember that anything that comes by levels and measures or
works according to season and time has a risk factor. Unless we
verify how much we really have and know and understand what to
do, we will proceed to enter a forbidden zone.
The reason God wants us to respond promptly and accurately to
the manifested presence of the Holy Spirit is so that we will not miss
our blessing, which comes by doing the Will of God. With the
anointing, it is all about accord — two people must work together.
The person releasing the anointing and the person receiving the
release of the anointing must work in agreement to the manifestation
of the presence of the Spirit and release of the power, or it will be a
waste of season and time. (See Matthew 10:12-13; Luke 10:5-6).
The power coming upon to affect the surface or physical is to
achieve God’s Will in the natural as it is planned in the spirit, and
afterwards the manifestation of the presence of the Spirit and
release of the power will cease until another season and time. The
problem is that until we know how to receive and apply the anointing,
it will not really benefit us. This means delaying the season and time
or missing the blessing of God for our lives. (See John 5:1-9).
There is a great difference between the power of God coming
upon the believer versus God applying the power directly Himself.
With the glory, you do not have to work yourself to death. Any time
the outpouring of the Spirit comes, it is the season and time to get up
and start doing what God needs or wants you to do for Him. You
have to work as God is working or under the leadership of the Spirit
to do what God is doing or leading you to do.

Receiving the Power
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit
upon all flesh… (Joel 2:28).
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come
upon you… (Acts1:8).
The words “afterward” and “after” indicate that something has to
be done before the power will come. It is not a matter of doing
whatever we want and still make it happen. Secondly, the source of
the power is clearly shown so that we will focus. Thirdly, the process
involved before seeing the power is also outlined. Ye shall receive
power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…. (Acts 1:8)
There is nothing magical, suspicious, or even confusing about
these scriptures. It is a matter of following simple directions and
persevering until you receive the power. The good news is now that
we know and understand that the power comes from the Holy Spirit,
the next step is to know and understand what we must do in order to
get the Holy Spirit to come upon us, so the power will be released on
us without wasting any time or delaying our season. The secret is in
the manifested presence of God, or getting the life and power of God
to affect every part of us. An important question would be, what
should I do, and how many times, or how long should I do it before
the power comes? Is it something that I have to repeat continuously
or periodically?
The way to look at the picture is to see process: season and time
so that we will not start in a hurry and become irritated and agitated.
Once we begin to go through the process to master the season of the manifestation of the presence of the Holy Spirit and time of the
release of the power, it becomes easier to work under the prompting
unction of the anointing. If there is any need to ask for more, much
more, and a greater anointing we will know and understand what to
do and when to do it. It is very important to ask God to show us what
level and measure of the anointing we have in our lives. Taking
inventory of our lives can show what level of the outpouring of the
Spirit and measure of the release of the power we really have. This
will help us to be extremely effective. (See Matthew 4:1; Luke 4:1).
We can know if we are anointed with the Spirit of knowledge, Spirit
of understanding and Spirit of wisdom or the Spirit of counsel, Spirit
of might, Spirit of the fear of the LORD and Spirit of judgment — or if
we have all the abilities, which are the fullness. We can also know
our areas of ministry focus. (See Exodus 31:2-5; Isaiah 11:1-3;
Micah 3:8; Luke 4:18). One thing about the anointing is that the
manifestation of the presence of the Spirit and the release of the
power comes and goes. It is not something that remains upon us
permanently. Therefore, it shows that the anointing is purpose￾driven. It is seasonal and time sensitive.

Desire and Work
Desiring the power of God is desiring the life of God: a life that is
free from self, the world and satanic influences. Humans want to live
their lives, and their lives are often open to outside influences and
control. When we say that we want to live for God, it is a decision
that goes deeper than the confession or statement. This is where the
discomfort comes, and the only comfort we have is God, if we truly
embrace and welcome the life and power of God. The secret is that
the working of the life and power of God is what materializes the
provisions and promises of God. Therefore, it is living the Kingdom
life. It is not self-neglect, but self-denial — putting your own interests
and agenda on the side to achieve the Will and purpose of God for
your life at all cost. It is not hatred of the world, but loving the world
with the love of God to change it for God.
Giving our lives to God is not limited to our daily, weekly or
monthly devotions of Bible studies, Sunday School and other Church
activities. It involves a bigger choice of a much harder decision to
embrace and welcome the life of God permanently. I use the word
“permanently” to show a lasting commitment and dedication, so it is
really what a person has to sit down and think over. You often have
to deal with many decisions which uses up much time. Embracing
and welcoming a life that you do not know and understand is a
difficult challenge because you will lack the power to apply — live
that life in the fullness. Therefore, achieving the authority and power
of God after we are born again is still a major challenge. Although we make it seem like it will happen immediately, it takes much process:
season, time and hard work.
God is a rewarder to them that diligently seek him (Hebrew
11:6).
The witness of the Holy Spirit through the manifested presence
and the testimony of the revelation of the glory of God are the
authenticating ingredients that move God to pay high or low wages
regardless of the volume of the work. The way to know fine jewelry is
to test it, so the anointing records the life, work, and words of the
believer on earth and the glory reveals it in Heaven. This is where
things could be discouraging because many people will expect to
receive great reward and yet, they offered so little or nothing. For
God, success is not determined by volume of work. This is why the
eleventh-hour laborer received the same wages. (See Matthew 20:1-
15). It is astonishing to see that the laborer who started earlier
received the same wages as the laborer who started late. I believe
that it was because the eleventh-hour laborer accomplished the
same amount of work in a shorter period of time; therefore, the
wages measured equally.
This is where we have to see the importance of more, much
more, and a greater anointing. We must also remember that the
glory cuts into process: season and time to accomplish enormous
work output in a moment. A job that will take a thousand years can
be accomplished in one day without jeopardizing the quality of the
work. (See 2 Peter 3:8). If you look at creation, you will see that it
took God six days to restore the earth. If that work was to be wrought
with the anointing, it would have taken thousands of years or even
impossible. We have to see that with God nothing shall be
impossible. (See Luke 1:37
