What a joyful and spirit-filled Children’s Sunday it was! Our services were vibrant, full of life, and beautifully led by our children through songs, readings, and heartfelt participation.

Today we celebrated the Children’s Sunday with a powerful reminder from the story of Leah and Rachel. Though their journeys were different... one loved more, the other often overlooked. God’s purpose prevailed through them both. From Leah came Judah, and from Judah came the lineage of our Lord Jesus Christ-The Lion of Judah.

Our first day in Kisumu was amazing! We got the chance to interact with the children as we prepared for the Sunday service tomorrow, and also explore the beautiful city of Kisumu.

We look forward to a wonderful time in God’s presence tomorrow, come prayed up and ready to praise and worship our God.

St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Diocese of Maseno South in the Anglican Church of Kenya, invites applications for the position of Provost.

We are prayerfully seeking a faithful and visionary leader to serve as Parish Priest and overall head of our vibrant Cathedral congregation and diverse ministry projects. The Provost will provide spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership, guiding the Cathedral in fulfilling its vision and mission while upholding the dignity and values of the Anglican Church of Kenya.

As senior priest and chief liturgical officer, the Provost will nurture the spiritual life of the Cathedral, oversee its operations, and represent the Cathedral at Diocesan, County, Regional, and National levels.
