_SABBATH SCHOOL SUMMARY_
*Unlimited Possibilities*
_Lesson 6_
_Memory Text: *1Corinthians 12:11*_
*SABBATH*: “Christ is no longer in this world in person” to spread the gospel from continent to continent or door to door. He bid us to finish the work He started with the aid of His Spirit (MH, p. 159). Witnessing “is not a special spiritual gift only” for a few (Acts 1:8, Isa. 43:10). God has called us to be a “light”, “ambassadors” & priests for Him (Matt. 5:14, 2 Cor. 5:20, 1 Pet. 2:9).
*SUNDAY*: In Christ, diversity & unity have kissed each other. As diverse as the disciples were, they were united for service. Differing gifts but one in mission. The soft nature of John, the temper of Peter, the skeptical nature of Thomas, & the precise trait of Matthew was not a weakness but a strength (1 Cor. 12:12, 13, 18-22, Rom. 12:4). Even the smallest part of our bodies have a role; every Christian too.
*MONDAY*: God who gives us the breath of life is the giver of all gifts in this life—a gift “money cannot buy” or “wisdom procure”. God has a purpose for every life & has given us gifts of the Holy Spirit to reach our purpose. All is accountable for the gifts given unto him. God wants us to use our gifts aright. The Spirit come upon us at our baptism (Acts 10:36-38, 2:38-42; Matt. 3:16, 17). Stir up the gifts to edify the church.
*TUESDAY*: Unspeakable divine gifts have been bestowed upon every soul “for their special ministry in the church & service to the world”. This include natural talents, even those acquired. Yet, not all gifts are used for God. The gifts God give us is for no other purpose but for His ministry (1 Cor. 12:7 & Ephesians 4:11-16, see COL, p. 328). God also gives the gift of prophecy & offices like pastors, elders & teachers.
*WEDNESDAY*: Before the second advent of Christ, the fullest extent of the gifts of the Holy Spirit will be manifested in the church. There will be teachers, motivators, pastors, & men of power (1 Cor. 1:4-9; 2 Cor. 1:20-22). Go
