We are however trying so much to ensure that the girls get food and school fees. We are glad things are well with God.

The Deborah Foundation was started to fight against female ge***al mutilation in Kenya and since we started off...we have been facing many challenges....One major challenge is opposition from Natives who have been threatening us and our workers...due to this we are shifting our offices from Kisii town to a new place we will later inform you. We are also going to shift our rescue and rehabilitation center soon.

Thank you police officers for helping us arrest those seven women in Chitago Kisii county who tried to mutilate our small girls this holiday. We are on the ground working with our government to ensure all our girls do not face the brutal knife of inhuman people. I take this chance to thank everybody for showing your commitment during this August Holiday..im happy that we did not have clear cases of FGM this holiday..thank you all parents who kept your girls indoors to prevent their circumcision. Thanks to our staff and the taskforce that took their time to participate in THE AWRENESS CAMPAIGNS.We are also very greatful to the chiefs and asst cheifs for helping us.God bless
