1John.3.8 - He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
The works of the devil is to Cause us sin against God.
The very purpose of Christ death was to destroy the works of sin .
Once you get this revelation your gain power over works of sin and live a blessed life.

CALL FOR WISDOM
Mat 25:1-15
THE PARABLE OF THE 10 VIRGIN
You're the light of the world. Mat 5:14
You don't radiate your own light rather the light of God.
Christ is the light of the world. John 8:12
God's word is the lamp, God's word is Jesus Christ. Ps 199:105,
You need oil to light the lamp,
You may have the lamp but without oil it might be impossible to light the lamp.
Holy Spirit of God is the oil we need to light our lamps( our bodies) to radiate sufficient light.
Holy Spirit is our helper, He lives in us.
Let be wise to ensure we are full of Holy Spirit always because we never know the hour.
At midnight, the warning cry might be sounded and we won't have time to seek more oil.
