We only find ourselves together because He was broken for us.
Through the breaking of one loaf and the sharing of one cup, we are reminded that our unity is rooted in Christ. We are many, yet we share one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one hope.
Jesus gave Himself for us, bringing together people who would otherwise have no reason to share anything, and giving us everything in common through His sacrifice.
Today, as we participate in the Lord’s Table, may we see Christ differently and see one another through the eyes of grace.
“Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body.”

A heart of gratitude does not deny difficulties. It refuses to allow difficulties to become greater than God’s faithfulness.
Habakkuk chose to rejoice even when circumstances were difficult. Gratitude is a choice. It is the heart saying, “God, I remember.”
As you step into the weekend, remember His faithfulness. Don’t become so familiar with God’s blessings that you forget they are blessings.
Whatever you are waiting for, take a moment to remember what God has already done.
Have a blessed weekend.

What has God already done for you?
Psalm 103:2 calls us to remember all His benefits. Gratitude requires intentional remembrance. When we deliberately recall God’s faithfulness, our perspective changes and our hearts are protected from entitlement.
Join us this Wednesday for Midweek Service from 6:00pm to 7:30pm as we continue reflecting on the message from Rev. Anzelimo Ouma and grow in gratitude for God’s goodness.
Come with a grateful heart.

YOU SAID, “I DO.” YEARS LATER, ARE YOU STILL DOING IT RIGHT?

Years of marriage bring stories, but somewhere along the way, marriage can become less about “us” and more about everything else that needs to get done. After all these years, there is still more to discover about each other:

More to communicate.
More to appreciate.
More to grow through.
More to enjoy.
Dr Stanley Mukolwe, founder of Raising Future Parents, will challenge couples to reflect on what it really means to move from “I do" to Still Doing It Right.

Join us because a long marriage is about how well you've continued to choose each other along the way.

Gratitude begins with remembering.
Psalm 103:2 reminds us, “Forget not all his benefits.” In a world that can keep us focused on what we are still waiting for, God calls us to remember what He has already done.
The ten lepers were healed, but only one returned to Jesus. His gratitude became worship.
A grateful heart recognises God’s faithfulness, responds with worship, and refuses to allow difficulty or entitlement to overshadow His goodness.
As Rev. Anzelimo Ouma reminded us, don’t let what you are waiting for make you forget what God has already done.
May we carry a heart that remembers, gives thanks, and worships.

Your present circumstances do not have the authority to define your future.
David was a shepherd before he stood before Goliath. Jephthah was rejected before he became a leader. The people God used had limitations, difficult histories, and reasons to feel inadequate.
Yet God still called them, equipped them, and worked through them.
As you head into the weekend, remember this: do not look down on yourself. What feels like weakness today can still be surrendered to God and used for His purpose.
📖 1 Corinthians 1:26-31
Have a blessed weekend from Grace Chapel International.
