PCEA Karuri Imani Church Sunday 15.08.2021 played host to a team from Kimani Wamatangi Foundation which paid the church a visit, courtesy of the Parish Christian Education committee. During the visit, the team donated a hand washing machine to the church to help it boost the war against Covid-19. The Foundation reiterated its committment to partner with PCEA Banana Parish in it's ongoing program of training local youth in the field of ICT. WamatangiFoundation.

Students rewarded for good exam results ...

Over 40 students from among the six congregations in PCEA Banana Parish and who sat for their KCPE and KCSE exams in 2019 and 2020 respectively were Sunday awarded prizes at a colorful ceremony held at PCEA Karuri Imani church. The ceremony was presided over by the Parish Minister. . Mary Muriuki. Speaking during the ceremony, Rev. Muriuki told the students to redouble their efforts in order to be able to maintain and sustain their good grades. The Church Minister at the same time commended the Parish Education Committee for it's efforts to help improve education standards in the Parish.
