The Church was called to be Christ-centered, mission-driven, and spiritually grounded β yet in many places the focus has shifted.
Instead of pursuing Godβs eternal purpose, the Church is often guided by popularity, titles, competition, and survival, rather than the equipping of the saints.

β’ From discipleship β to membership
β’ From equipping believers β to elevating leaders
β’ From serving the Body β to building empires

We shifted from forming Christ in believers to centering ministry around leaders.

Ephesians 4:11β13 shows Christ gave leaders:
β’ To equip the saints
β’ For the work of ministry
β’ For building up the Body of Christ
But ministry has too often become:
β’ Performance instead of formation
β’ Programs instead of transformation
β’ Events instead of growth
A church can be busy β yet not purposeful.

β’ Personal platforms over Godβs calling
β’ Titles over true function
β’ Denominational rivalry
β’ Competition for influence
β’ Ignoring spiritual order
Many are gifted β but misaligned.

β’ Restore discipleship
β’ Pursue spiritual maturity
β’ Equip believers β not only leaders
β’ Serve the Body β not the brand
The Church becomes purposeful when:
β¨ Christ is the center
β¨ Believers are equipped
β¨ Ministry returns to function
β¨ Unity replaces competition

A gifted church without purpose becomes active β but ineffective.
A Christ-centered church becomes transformational
