| Day 72 of 75. |
There is a grace that can only be understood by those who have walked closely enough to witness the cost of obedience.
Behind every enduring ministry are years of unseen sacrifice, unwavering conviction, burdens carried in prayer, quiet acts of courage, and a heart that never ceased to say "yes" to God. Those who labour nearest often become the first witnesses of Heaven's faithfulness - not merely through what is accomplished publicly, but through the character that remains steadfast when no one is watching.
The Kingdom is strengthened by fathers who do more than lead from a distance. They impart, protect, equip, and release. They raise people until those they have nurtured become pillars in the house of God, carrying the same heart, the same burden, and the same fire to another generation.
As Rev. Dr. Margaret Muchai reflects on more than two decades of walking alongside Bishop Dr. Mark Kariuki, we are reminded that the truest measure of leadership is not influence alone, but the lives entrusted, strengthened, and established through faithful stewardship. Such fruit cannot be manufactured - it is the evidence of a life deeply rooted in Christ and wholly yielded to His purposes.
"They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing, declaring that the Lord is upright; He is my Rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him." - Psalm 92:14–15
May every generation rise to value the fathers God has given them, for those who faithfully build people are themselves building for eternity.
