🌅 *WEDNESDAY MORNING DEVOTION - 27TH MAY 2026.*
*Theme: Remembering the Lord*

*Reflection*

In the middle of busy schedules, responsibilities, and distractions,
it is possible to become familiar with spiritual things while losing deep reverence.
But God calls us not only to believe —
He calls us to remember.

📖 *Scripture*

1 Corinthians 11:23–24
“For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread…”

*Message*

Paul reminds the church about the meaning of the Lord’s Supper.
This moment was not just a religious tradition —
it was a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice.
Jesus gave thanks, broke the bread, and said:
“Do this in remembrance of Me.”
Remembrance is powerful.
When you remember what Christ has done:
• gratitude increases
• faith becomes stronger
• pride begins to fade
The cross reminds us that salvation came through sacrifice, grace, and love.
It also reminds us to examine our hearts carefully.
Paul warned the believers not to approach holy things carelessly or without honor.
God desires sincere hearts, not empty routine.
Never allow familiarity with spiritual things to remove your reverence for Christ.

*Reflection*

Do I still carry deep gratitude for Christ’s sacrifice?
Have spiritual routines become casual or empty to me?
Am I living in remembrance of what Jesus has done?
Christ’s sacrifice deserves reverence and gratitude.
Remembering Him strengthens faith and humility.

*Prayer*

Father, thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Help me never lose reverence for what He has done for me.
Keep my heart sincere, grateful, and humble before You.
Let my life continually honor and remember Christ.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Declaration*

I remember the sacrifice of Christ with gratitude.
My heart remains reverent before God.
I will not treat holy things casually.
My life honors Jesus daily.
Amen 🙏🏽

26/05/2026

Grace and the Law.
In book of Romans 5:12, we learn that sin entered the world through Adam, and death came through sin. Wherever sin exists, death follows. Before Jesus came, under the law of Moses, people offered sacrifices such as lambs for the covering of sin. However, those sacrifices could not completely remove sin.Jesus Christ came as the perfect sacrifice. His blood was shed once and for all to cleanse humanity from sin and reveal the grace of God.As written in Hebrews 9:14, the blood of Jesus purges our conscience and cleanses us so that we may serve the living God.Through His sacrifice, we received forgiveness and healing .Grace is released into our lives when we become born again. Grace is not a license to continue in sin rather it empowers us to live righteously. In john 3:9 teaches that those born of God should not continue living in sin because the nature of God lives within them Grace helps us in the journey of salvation. It strengthens us to obey the Spirit instead of the flesh.
When we walk in grace, we begin to walk in alignment with God’s will.Jesus brought grace to humanity. Grace is not only a gift it is also the life of Christ working in us daily. Through grace, God gives strength, direction, speed, and spiritual growth.Like Mary in Gospel of Luke 2:19, we must meditate and ponder on the Word of God in our hearts. As we meditate on God’s Word, His grace becomes sufficient in our lives.God desires us to walk, speak, and live in grace: Through His grace, we are healed, restored, and empowered to serve God with a pure conscience. As in Peter 3:18 says:Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.Grace is the strength God gives us to continue growing in Him every day. Shalom🙏

Paul teaches that God knows those who truly belong to Him, and believers should turn away from sin and live pure lives. He compares people to vessels in a great house — some used for honorable purposes and others for common use. If a person cleanses themselves from wrong living, they become useful to the Master. Paul also encourages Timothy to avoid foolish arguments and instead pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who sincerely seek the Lord.

🌅 *TUESDAY MORNING DEVOTION - 26TH MAY 2026*
*Theme: Useful for the Master*

*Reflection*

Everyone wants to be used by God for something meaningful.
But usefulness in God’s kingdom is not only about gifting —
it is also about character and purity.
What kind of vessel are you becoming?

📖 *Scripture*

1 Timothy 2:19–23 (MSG)
Paul teaches that those who belong to God must turn away from wrong, live clean lives, avoid foolish arguments, and become vessels useful for the Master’s work.

*Message*

Paul compares believers to vessels in a great house.
Some vessels are used for honorable purposes because they are clean and prepared.
God is not only looking for availability —
He is looking for readiness.
To be useful for the Master means:
• separating from harmful habits
• guarding your heart and mind
• avoiding pointless distractions and arguments
• pursuing righteousness, faith, love, and peace
A vessel must be clean to carry something valuable.
This is not about perfection,
but about surrender and daily growth.
The more your life is yielded to God,
the more He can trust you with purpose and influence.
Do not waste energy on things that pull you away from spiritual growth.
Prepare yourself for what God wants to do through you.

*Reflection*

What habits or distractions are affecting my spiritual growth?
Am I becoming a vessel useful for God’s purpose?
What do I need to surrender to Him today?
God uses prepared vessels.
Purity and character matter in spiritual growth.
A surrendered life becomes useful for the Master.

*Prayer*

Father, purify my heart and shape my character.
Remove every distraction and habit that pulls me away from You.
Help me become a vessel prepared for Your purpose.
Let my life honor and glorify You daily.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Declaration*

I am a vessel useful for the Master.
My life is being purified and prepared by God.
I reject distractions and pursue righteousness.
God will use my life for His glory.
Amen 🙏🏽

2 Chronicles 20:15

🌅 *MONDAY MORNING DEVOTION - 25TH MAY 2026.*
*Theme: The Battle Is Not Yours*

*Reflection*

A new week can come with pressures, responsibilities, and battles you feel unprepared for.
Sometimes situations seem bigger than your strength and wisdom.
But what if God never intended you to fight alone?

📖 *Scripture*

2 Chronicles 20:15
“Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.”

*Message*

Judah faced an overwhelming enemy army.
Naturally, fear filled the people because the battle looked impossible.
But God sent a message through the prophet:
“The battle is not yours, but God’s.”
This did not mean the people would do nothing.
It meant they were not to fight from fear, panic, or hopelessness.
Sometimes we carry burdens God never asked us to carry.
We try to control situations beyond our power.
But God reminds us:
• He is greater than every opposition
• He fights for His people
• victory comes through trust in Him
Judah’s victory came not through human strength alone,
but through faith, worship, and dependence on God.
What seems impossible to you
is still possible with Him.

*Reflection*

What battle have I been trying to carry alone?
Am I responding with fear or with faith?
Can I truly trust God with what feels overwhelming?
God fights for His people.
You do not face your battles alone.
Faith brings victory where fear brings weakness.

*Prayer*

Father, I surrender every battle and burden to You.
Strengthen my faith where fear has tried to grow.
Fight for me in every situation beyond my control.
Teach me to trust You completely this week.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Declaration*

The battle is not mine, but God’s.
I will not live in fear or anxiety.
God fights for me and gives me victory.
This week, I walk in faith, peace, and confidence.
Amen 🙏🏽

Numbers 6:24-26
[24]The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
[25]The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
[26]The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).

🌅 *SUNDAY MORNING DEVOTION - 24TH MAY 2026.*
*Theme: The Lord Bless You and Keep You*

*Reflection*

As a new day begins, many people wonder what the future holds.
Will there be peace? Provision? Protection?
But God has always desired to place His blessing upon His people.

📖 *Scripture*

Numbers 6:24–26
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.”

*Message*

This blessing spoken over Israel reveals the heart of God toward His people.
Notice the promises within it:
• blessing
• protection
• grace
• favor
• peace
“The Lord bless you and keep you” means God is not only able to provide — He is also able to preserve.
“Make His face shine upon you” speaks of divine favor and approval.
“Give you peace” points to wholeness, rest, and stability from God.
This is deeper than temporary happiness.
It is the assurance that God’s presence is with you.
No matter what this week holds,
you can walk confidently knowing God desires to bless, guide, and keep you.

*Reflection*

Do I truly believe God desires good for me?
Am I resting in His peace and protection?
How can I become more aware of His presence daily?
God’s blessing brings peace, grace, and protection.
His presence surrounds and keeps His people.

*Prayer*

Father, thank You for Your blessing over my life.
Keep me under Your protection and grace.
Let Your face shine upon me and fill my heart with peace.
Help me walk daily in awareness of Your presence.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Declaration*

The Lord blesses and keeps me.
His favor shines upon my life.
I walk in peace, grace, and protection.
God’s presence goes with me everywhere I go.
Amen 🙏🏽

Prayer is the engine of a Christian’s life. Through prayer, spiritual strength and divine energy are generated within us. The more we pray, the more we are aligned with God’s will and empowered to overcome life’s challenges. There is no overdose in prayer, because prayer builds our faith, renews our spirit, and draws us closer to God.The prayer of faith has the power to carry us into our future, opening doors, strengthening our hope, and helping us walk confidently in God’s purpose. Through fellowship with the Holy Spirit, we receive guidance, wisdom, comfort, and direction for every season of life.Abeliever who stays connected to God in prayer will never run empty, because the Holy Spirit continually refreshes and strengthens them from within.Shalom🙏
