There are seasons in life when pain tries to rename us.

Naomi experienced deep loss and said, “Do not call me Naomi (pleasant); call me Mara (bitter).” Yet God did not accept the label of her pain. Her story did not end in bitterness—it ended in restoration.

This is the word the Lord placed in my heart today:

- Your pain does not define your destiny.
- Your wounds have not changed your identity.
- You are still chosen, loved, and precious to God.
- You are Naomi, not Mara.

When you return to God’s presence, He begins to heal what was broken and restore what was lost. The same God who turned Naomi’s mourning into joy is able to heal your body, restore your family, and rewrite your story.

🙏 No matter what you have gone through, refuse to wear the name that suffering gave you. Receive the name that God gave you.

Declare with me !
“I am healed, not broken. I am restored, not forgotten. My bitterness is turning into sweetness, and my God is rewriting my story.”
