Position can be given instantly, but character is built over time. If that process is rushed, leadership becomes fragile and often harmful.
What happens when promotion is faster than transformation:
Responsibility exposes immaturity
Authority amplifies hidden weaknesses
Pressure reveals lack of depth
Influence spreads unrefined character to others
