THEME: EVANGELISM IS THE FATHER'S VISION

‎Matthew 28:18-19
‎- Jesus declares, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me," establishing the legal and spiritual foundation for Christian evangelism.

‎While verse 19 issues the direct command to "go and make disciples," verse 18 provides the necessary power, right, and mandate to execute that mission.

‎Romans 10:10-13 provides the ultimate biblical framework for evangelism, centering on the simple equation of internal faith and external confession. It assures believers that the gospel is for everyone and that salvation is based on trusting Jesus rather than human effort.

‎Core Evangelistic Truths from this scripture
‎🤝The Heart and the Mouth (v. 10): Evangelism relies on two elements: internal belief (trusting in the resurrection) and external profession (declaring Jesus is Lord). True faith cannot be kept private; it results in a life-giving confession.
‎🤝Universal Availability (v. 11-12): The promise of salvation applies to absolutely everyone. Paul removes all barriers—there is no distinction based on religious background, nationality, or social status.
‎🤝The Promise of Salvation (v. 13): "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." This is the core invitation of the gospel. You don't have to save anyone yourself; your role in evangelism is simply to point people to this promise.

‎Acts 1:8-9 serves as the foundational blueprint for Christian evangelism, outlining the source, method, and geographical scope of spreading the Gospel. Jesus commissions His followers to be His witnesses globally, promising them the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit to do so before ascending into heaven.

‎ "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you..."
‎Evangelism is not done in human strength. Believers are given supernatural power and boldness through the Holy Spirit to effectively share their faith.
‎The Calling (
‎"...and you will be my witnesses in..."
‎Jesus calls His followers to be witnesses—meaning they are simply testifying to the truth of what they have personally seen, experienced, and believed about His life, death, and resurrection.

‎Acts Chapter 4 portrays evangelism as an audacious, Spirit-led mission that naturally invites opposition. Peter and John demonstrate that effective witnessing pairs miraculous proof with a bold, uncompromising proclamation of Jesus. It serves as a masterclass in sharing your faith under pressure.

SUNDAY SERVICE // May 10, 2026‎

REV. JOHNSON MAINA

‎Theme : Dealing with enemies of our vision.

‎Vision is a comprehensive, written picture of your desired future, combining personal values, strengths, and long-term goals to guide life choices.

‎In Luke 4:18, Jesus defines his mission—his "vision"—as an anointed ministry to bring holistic restoration: preaching to the poor, healing the brokenhearted, freeing captives, and restoring sight to the blind. This vision emphasizes spiritual awakening, delivering people from bo***ge, and extending God's grace to the oppressed.
‎Nehemiah Chapter 1 - outlines the birth of a vision, moving from brokenness to a divine plan. It demonstrates that a vision is not merely a goal, but a burden for God's glory that leads to action.
‎A Burden Birthed in Prayer: Upon hearing that Jerusalem's walls were broken and its people in distress, Nehemiah did not react immediately; instead, he mourned, fasted, and prayed for days.

‎Nehemiah 4 highlights that maintaining a God-given vision requires both strategic work and active protection against opposition. As Nehemiah rebuilt the walls, he faced ridicule, conspiracies, and internal exhaustion. The vision is sustained by combining prayer with vigilant action, symbolized by working with a tool in one hand and a weapon in the other.
‎🫴God-given vision requires both faithful action and vigilant protection.
‎👌 The story of Nehemiah rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem is interrupted by Sanballat and Tobiah, who utilize mockery, threats, and discouragement to stop the work.
‎🫴 While working on your vision, you will face Tobiah and Sanballat who will mock and ridicule you.

‎The enemies of your vision

‎1. Discouragement. - Tobiah for example discouraged Nehemiah saying that even a fox walking on the wall would break it down.

‎2. Distruction - destruction intended against Nehemiah was a plotted trap by his adversaries—Sanballat, Tobiah, and Geshem—designed to halt the completion of the Jerusalem walls.
‎ 🫴 This serves as a warning against letting distractions, compromising conversations, or fear destroy our calling.

‎✅And our Vision as Believers and Children if God is Salvation............

‎🤝 Prayerlessness kill vision; because Discernment will die, spiritual hunger dies,
‎🤝 Unforgiveness and taking offence also kills our vision.

SUNDAY SERVICE // 26-04-2026

SPEAKER : REV. JOHNSON MAINA

THEME : GET OUT FROM THAT VALLEY OF LONELINESS

‎Loneliness - A feeling of personal isolation

‎ Genesis 2:18 - "it's not good for a man to be alone" - It highlights that humans are designed for companionship, community, and social connection rather than isolation.
‎What causes loneliness?
‎🤝 Delayed promises
‎🤝 Loss (property, loved one, etc)
‎🤝 Comparing yourself with others

‎Key verse :
‎Psalm 23:4 -
‎'Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.' - This verse is a profound source of comfort during times of deep loneliness, anxiety, and depression. It shifts the focus from the isolation felt in the "valley" to the reality of divine companionship.

‎💪The "Valley" Represents Utter Isolation
‎The "valley of the shadow of death" represents a low point in life—a season of grief, depression, fear, or profound abandonment. It is the place where you feel utterly on your own; a state often considered one of the greatest hardships a human can bear. The shadow signifies that while the threat feels overwhelming, it is not permanent; it is a place you walk through, not stay in.

‎Hebakkuk 3:19 - The Sovereign Lord is my strength;
‎ he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
‎ he enables me to tread on the heights.

‎Results of loneliness

‎1. Loneliness will drive you away from the presence of God
‎ Genesis 4:16 - So Cain went out from the LORD's presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden
‎2. Loneliness will lead you to a defeated life. -

SUNDAY SERVICE // 19-04-2026

SPEAKER: PASTOR JOYCE LANGAT

THEME: WAITING UPON THE LORD

🤌As we wait upon Him, we should be prepared to do what is needed by Him.
🤌In the process of waiting, there are temptations but don't lose focus and don't let the temptations lead you astray.
🤌While waiting ,you must follow the instructions.
Acts 1:13-14 depicts the disciples and followers of Jesus obeying his command to wait in Jerusalem for the Holy Spirit after his ascension. They gathered in an upper room, united in constant, "one accord" prayer, marking the transition from Jesus’ earthly ministry to the early church's, which was built on prayer and expectation.
🤌While waiting, pray fervently
Acts 12:5 -So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him" (NIV). This verse highlights the contrast between Peter’s dire imprisonment by Herod and the intense, fervent, and persistent prayer of the early church, which ultimately led to his miraculous release.
🤌While waiting, you must know God better
Job 19:25-27 -Despite Job's extreme suffering and physical decay, Job declares that he will, with his own eyes, see God, bringing him hope, even if it happens after his death.
-Note
✅The Redeemer Lives: Job, in his lowest point, trusts that a living redeemer (vindicator) will ultimately prove his innocence.
✅Hope Beyond Death: He declares that after his skin and body are destroyed, he will still see God.
✅Personal Vindication: Job expresses certainty that he will see God for himself, as a friend rather than a stranger.

‎EASTER SUNDAY SERVICE

05-04-2026

‎SPEAKER: BISHOP MOHAMMED KAMWARO

‎THEME: POWER OF RESURRECTION

‎The cross leads us to resurrection glory
‎Luke 24:6-7 declares the resurrection of Jesus, with angels telling the women at the tomb, "He is not here; he has risen!". They remind them that Jesus predicted his betrayal, crucifixion, and resurrection on the third day while still in Galilee.
‎➡️Key points of resurrection
‎-Resurrection represents coming back to life again
‎-Resurrection represents victory
‎-Jesus(through resurrection) turn the grave into a gateway to glory

‎➡️ Psalms 90:9-10 (NIV) highlights the brevity and difficulty of human life, stating that our days pass under God's wrath and end like a sigh. It notes that human lifespan is typically seventy or eighty years, yet these years are filled with toil and sorrow, passing quickly before we fly away.
‎➡️ Philippians 2:8-11 highlights the power of the resurrection by showcasing Christ's exaltation following his extreme humility and obedience unto death. Because Jesus submitted to a cross-death, God highly exalted him and bestowed the name above all names, ensuring ultimate authority and cosmic recognition of his Lordship

‎✅Jesus died so that there could be forgiveness of sins.
‎✅ The grave was not the end.

‎➡️Philippians 3:10-11 I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from dead.
‎➡️ Peter 3:18-19 highlights the power of resurrection by showing Christ, though put to death physically, was made alive in the Spirit. This resurrected power allowed Him to proclaim victory over disobedient spirits. The passage emphasizes resurrection as a victory over death, vindication of His suffering, and the means of bringing believers to God.
‎➡️Matthew 27:50-53
‎Key Aspects in Matthew 27:50-53
‎(i) Conquering Death : The resurrection of saints immediately following Jesus' death (though they appear after his resurrection) confirms his power over death.
‎(ii) Symbol of Salvation : The tearing of the temple curtain from top to bottom signifies that Jesus’ death opened direct access to God, removing the barrier between God and humanity.
‎(iii) Divine Intervention: The earthquake and split rocks show that God was validating Jesus' sacrifice as the ultimate atonement

‎✅ Hebrews 2:14-15 highlights the power of Christ’s resurrection by explaining that Jesus became human to die, and through that death, destroyed the devil's power of death and released humanity from lifelong slavery to the fear of dying. His victory over death breaks the fear of eternal judgment.

‎Key Themes from Hebrews 2:14-15:
‎(i). Destruction of the Devil's Power: Jesus destroyed (rendered powerless) the devil, who held the "power of death" through sin, temptations, and accusations.
‎(ii). Freedom from the Fear of Death: Resurrection power frees believers from the lifelong slavery to fear, specifically the fear of dying and the unknown after life.
‎(iii). Purpose of Incarnation: Jesus became "flesh and blood" (shared in humanity) to be able to die and consequently conquer death on behalf of humanity.
‎(iv). Victory Over Eternal Consequences: The power of the resurrection means that for believers, death is not a hopeless end, but the beginning of eternity, replacing fear with hope.

‎Other key verses
‎➡️Psalms 79:11-12
‎➡️Colossians 2:14-15
‎➡️Galatians 3:13

Theme: CULTIVATING THE SEED OF REVIVAL

‎✅Revive - means to bring something back to consciousness.
‎ - to bring something back to being active
‎ - returning to the former condition.
‎Psalms 85:4-7 - a powerful prayer for personal and communal revival, shifting from recognizing past mercies to urgently pleading for present restoration. The passage is seen as a cry to God to restore a broken or spiritually sluggish life.
‎Key verse - Vs. 6 Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?

‎✅A Need for Restoration (v. 4): Restore us again, O God of our salvation." This acknowledges that believers can become "battered, bruised, or broken" and cannot revive themselves, requiring God to bring them back to a place of spiritual health.
‎✅The Cessation of Divine Displeasure (vv. 4-5): The psalmist asks God to "cause Your anger toward us to cease," which refers to turning away from sin and recognizing the consequences of disobediences
‎✅The Plea for Life (v. 6): "Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?" Revival is viewed as the restoration of lost spiritual joy and energy, not just emotional excitement, as noted by Enduring Word and Strategic Renewal.
‎✅A Focus on God's Mercy (v. 7): "Show us Your unfailing love, Lord, and grant us Your salvation." Personal revival is fueled by relying on God’s grace and covenant love, rather than personal effort.

‎Psalms 42:1-2 - As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? - A deer "panting" for water suggests intense, life-saving need, paralleling a spiritual longing for God's refreshing presence.

‎Psalms 51:10 - creat in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me (NLT) - this is another cry for mercy.

‎➡️How to cultivate the the seed of revival
‎ Romas 14:17
‎(I). Righteousness - live a righteous life
‎(II). Peace &
‎(III). Joy in the Holy Spirit.
‎ Philippians 4:4 - rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (NIV)

‎➡️Hebakkuk 3:2 - LORD, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, LORD. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy........
‎ This is a prayer of the prophet Habakkuk, asking God to renew His past works and show mercy amid judgment.

‎ SUNDAY SERVICE // 22-03-2026

‎SPEAKER : Pastor Langat

‎THEME: WHO IS A NEIGHBOUR?

‎ Leviticus 19:18, "You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord," commands active, practical goodwill toward others, mirroring the self-care one naturally extends to themselves. It is the foundation of the "Golden Rule" and defines holiness not just by avoiding sin, but by actively serving others.

‎Luke 10:25-37, Jesus tells the parable of the Good Samaritan to define "neighbor" as anyone in need, regardless of background. In response to a lawyer asking how to inherit eternal life, Jesus highlights that loving God and loving one's neighbor—demonstrated by compassion and action—is the key to life.

‎✅Key Details of the Passage:

‎-The Test: A teacher of the law asks Jesus how to inherit eternal life to test him.
‎-The Answer: Jesus points him to the law, which the teacher summarizes as: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart... and your neighbor as yourself".
‎-The Question: To justify himself, the teacher asks, "And who is my neighbor?".
‎-The Parable: Jesus tells of a man (assumed to be Jewish) beaten and robbed on the road to Jericho.
‎ 👉A priest and a Levite pass by, ignoring the man.
‎ 👉A Samaritan—an enemy to the Jews—shows compassion, treats his wounds, and pays for his care.

‎We can summarize with the following four points:
‎1. Love goes beyond boundaries
‎ The Samaritan helped someone who would normally be considered an enemy. True love is not limited by tribe, religion, or status.
‎2. Compassion is action
‎The priest and Levite may have known the Law, but they didn’t act. The Samaritan showed love through action.
‎3. Anyone in need is your neighbor
‎Jesus redefines “neighbor” — it’s not about who is close to you, but who you choose to help.
‎4. Mercy reflects God’s heart
‎God desires mercy, kindness, and practical love—not just religious activity.

‎Matthew 22:39 - And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself

‎Mark 12:31 - Jesus declares, "Love your neighbor as yourself," identifying it as the second most important commandment after loving God.

‎Matthew 5:44 is a central teaching from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, where he commands believers to "love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you". This radical instruction calls for acting with kindness, blessing, and praying for those who treat you badly, rather than seeking revenge.

‎How can you be a good neighbour?
‎Proverbs 25:21 - If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink"
‎Proverbs 14:31 - oppressing the poor insults their Creator, while kindness to the needy honors Him. This verse teaches that treatment of others, especially the vulnerable, directly reflects one’s attitude toward God, linking social morality with divine honor.
‎Proverbs 3:28 Do not say to your neighbor, 'Come back tomorrow and I'll give it to you'—when you already have it with you.
‎Proverbs 26:19 - warns against deceiving a neighbor and then trivializing it with "I was only joking!" (NIV) or "Am not I in sport?" (KJV). This proverb condemns covering malice or reckless actions with humor, equating the perpetrator to a dangerous madman who shoots fire and arrows.
‎Proverbs 27:14 - If anyone loudly blesses their neighbor early in the morning, it will be taken as a curse.

‎How God demonstrates to being a good neighbour.
‎John 3:16 - emphasizing God's love, the sacrifice of Jesus, and the promise of salvation through faith.
‎He became a good neigboour to us.
‎As a good neighbour, Jesus loved all His disciples even Judas Iscariot whom He knew He would later betray Him.

SUNDAY SERVICE // 08-03-2026

Rev. Johnson Maina

Theme of the year 2026 - Zechariah 9:11

‎Zechariah 9:11-12
‎Vs 11 is a promise of restoration for God's people, stating: "As for you, because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will free your prisoners from the waterless pit" (NIV). It signifies freedom from exile and captivity, sealed by God's covenant, often interpreted as a precursor to Messianic redemption.

‎Key Context and Interpretations:
‎ ✅The "Waterless Pit": This metaphor refers to a dire, hopeless situation, such as a dungeon or deep pit, representing the exile in Babylon or a state of spiritual bo***ge.
‎✅"Blood of My Covenant": This refers to the blood that sealed God's covenant with Israel, often pointing forward to the ultimate covenant established by Jesus Christ.
‎✅"Prisoners of Hope": In the following verse (v. 12), those in captivity are encouraged to return to their stronghold because they have a future-oriented hope in God's deliverance.

‎-Prisoners of hope don't sink,
‎-Prisoners of hope don't give up

‎Psalm 40:1-2 (NIV) I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.

‎Romans 5:1-3 declares that justification by faith brings peace with God through Jesus Christ, granting believers access to grace and hope in God's glory. Furthermore, this faith allows believers to rejoice in sufferings, knowing they produce endurance, character, and ultimately, a hope that does not disappoint.

‎✅Justification and Peace: Because believers are declared righteous (justified) by faith, they have peace with God, ending the enmity caused by sin.
‎✅Access to Grace: Through Jesus, believers have access to a state of God's favor in which they now firmly stand.
‎Hope in Glory: Believers can joyfully hope for the glory of God.
‎✅Joy in Suffering: Rather than being defeated by,believers can rejoice in their sufferings, as these hardships produce endurance.
‎✅Results of Endurance: Endurance leads to developed character, which in turn strengthens hope.

‎Philippians 3:7-8 (NIV) states that Paul considers his former accomplishments and worldly gains as "loss" or "garbage" compared to the supreme value of knowing Christ Jesus. He willingly gave up everything for the sake of knowing Jesus, finding his identity in Him rather than in legalistic righteousness.
