In life, we often find ourselves worrying about many things like school, friends, or the future. But remember, worrying doesn't help us solve our problems, it only makes us feel more stressed.

Philippians 4:6-7, instead of worrying, we should talk to God about our worries. When we do this, He gives us peace in our hearts and minds. This peace is like a shield that helps us feel safe and calm.

So, the next time you start to worry, take a moment to pray. Share your worries with God and let Him help you. Trust that He is looking out for you.

Worry is a sin against God. You must stop worrying about your life.

Philippians 4:6-7 give you a clear command.

1. Stop being anxious about anything.
2. Pray about every situation.
3. Ask God for what you need.
4. Give thanks in your prayers.

When you do this, God gives you peace. His peace is bigger than your thoughts. This peace guards your heart. This peace guards your mind in Jesus.

Worrying shows a lack of trust. Trust God instead. He takes care of you.

Evaluate your thoughts today.
1. List your worries.
2. Turn them into prayers.
3. Thank God for his peace.
