17th June, 2020.

Bible Verse: Luke 6:27.

But I tell you who hear me; love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

-How do you respond to those who hate you, curse you or your enemies?
-We may be tempted to respond with the same attitude we get. We hate and curse them back and become enemies.
-But Jesus teaches us otherwise as His children. That we need to reciprocate with love and do good to those who do wrong to us and pray for those who mistreat us.
Do you pay back evil with evil or hate, curse etc.
-Brethren Christ has told us how to respond to such situations and we should obey what Christ teaches.
-Let us ask the Holy Spirit to give us grace to do as Christ teaches.

PRAYER:
Thank you Lord for teaching me on how to relate with those who are not friendly. Grant me your favour that I may be able to forgive and treat all with courtesy, love, care and pray for them that all may go well with me. Amen.

Bibles Verse:Deuteronomy 31:8

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

-Did you know that the Lord never sleeps nor slumbers?
-Did you know that nothing comes before or ahead of Him?
-God promises never to leave you or forsake you irrespective of what you are going through.
-So stand firm, do not fear just, embrace the Lord, He will fight, deliver and set you free from all circumstances.

PRAYER:
Thank you Lord for promising never to leave me or forsake me. Lord I surrender all my burdens to you that you may fight them for me in each and every situation of my life. Amen.
