A leader is a person who has authority and influence over people
God always has the back of them that he calls to lead.
The ability to stand for a leader is from the power of God
Leadership is from God , it is a work given by God
The people been lead are God's people

An established leader;
1. Is always authentic
2. Is a model that can be emulated and leads people to God
3. Walks in integrity
4. Protects what is under Him
5. Sets limits and boundaries
6. Takes care of His/heart
7. Is a lifter of others and doesn't intimidate
8. Gives room for people to grow and become what God wants

Today we celebrate our dear father and mentor a teacher ,a shepherd and mentor whose dedication has become a doorway through which countless souls have become transformed and have encountered Christ and received Light.
