The cattle are lowing in agony.

Moses lifts the rod.

He strikes the flint.

The stone cracks.

A river erupts.

The desert becomes a pool.

Think about it.

That financial drought where every door seems bolted.

That emotional wilderness where the silence of heaven feels like abandonment.

That physical famine where your strength is a fading shadow.

We tend to measure God by the moisture in the ground.

We forget the One who commanded the ravens when the brook ran dry.

You do not need to fear the sophisticated strategies of men when you are hidden in the secret place of the Most High who laughs at their puny efforts.

The word of God acts as a spiritual filter that removes the poison from every decree issued against you by the heathen who imagine they have control. Their devices are made of none effect because the Spirit of truth stands as a wall of fire around your life and your family today.

Proverbs 21:30 teaches that there is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord which establishes the absolute futility of any human or demonic opposition directed toward your path. No matter how brilliant the enemy might appear or how many years he has spent studying your weaknesses his intellect is nothing compared to the foolishness of God.

When people gather to plot your demise they are actually fighting against the One who holds their very breath in His hand and knows their thoughts before they speak. You can walk with your head held high because your victory is not based on your own cleverness but on the fact that no counsel can stand against the Lord.

The mischievous devices of the adversary are like smoke that vanishes when the wind of the Spirit begins to blow across the landscape of your current situation and trial.

You are protected by a divine inability that rests upon your enemies making them stumble at the very moment they think they have finally secured their long awaited victory over you. Their failure is not due to a lack of effort but due to a supernatural barrier that prevents their imaginations from ever becoming a tangible reality in your world.

Psalm 37:12-13 shows that the wicked plotteth against the just and gnasheth upon him with his teeth but the Lord shall laugh at him for he seeth his day is coming. This divine laughter is the ultimate response to the anger of those who hate you without a cause and seek to devour your substance through lies.

While the enemy is gnashing his teeth in a display of raw aggression the Father is looking at the calendar of eternity and seeing the exact moment of their judgment. You do not have to defend yourself or match their anger with your own because the Lord has already taken the responsibility for your vindication and your public honour.

Even if the opposition seems universal and overwhelming you have a resource that is greater than the combined strength of every nation and every demonic principality.

The Name of the Lord is a strong tower and a weapon of mass destruction against the works of darkness that try to hem you in on every side. You are not limited by your own strength or your own resources when you are surrounded by those who wish to see you fail and fall.

By invoking the authority of the Name you release a force that dismantles the structures of the enemy and clears a path for your total escape. No matter how many people or problems compass you about the Name of the Lord provides a decisive victory that leaves no room for the enemy.

Luke 10:19 gives you the ultimate mandate of authority stating that behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. This New Testament truth confirms that the reason the weapon cannot prosper is that you have been placed in a position of spiritual dominance over the adversary.

You are not a victim waiting for a hit but a victor who has been given the legal right to trample upon the very things that try to bite. The power of the enemy is real but it is subordinate to the power that has been delegated to you by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.

1 John 4:4 reminds you that ye are of God little children and have overcome them because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. The internal presence of the Holy Spirit is the secret weapon that ensures the external weapons of the enemy have no lasting impact on your soul.

You have already overcome the world through your union with Christ who defeated every power and principality at the cross of Calvary many years ago. The resident power within you is infinitely superior to the pressure that is being applied from the outside by the prince of the power of the air.

You do not need to struggle for victory because you are fighting from a position of victory that has already been secured by the Greater One. Your identity as a child of God is the foundation of your immunity and the reason why every tongue that rises against you is condemned.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 concludes the scriptural support by affirming that the Lord is faithful who shall stablish you and keep you from evil and every harm. The faithfulness of God is the final guarantee that the weapons formed against you will fail to prosper because He has taken a personal interest in your safety.

He is the one who establishes your heart so that you are not shaken by the rumours of war or the threats of the wicked one. Keeping you from evil is a full time occupation for the Lord who watches over you with an eye that never slumbers or sleeps at night.

You can commit your soul to Him with total trust because His track record of protecting His people is perfect and without a single blemish or failure. The Lord is your keeper and your shade upon your right hand ensuring that the sun shall not smite thee by day nor the moon by night.

The young shepherd David provides the most profound example of how a weapon that should have prospered was rendered completely useless by the power of a living covenant. When David stood before the giant Goliath he was facing a man whose entire life was dedicated to the perfection of warfare and the use of physical weapons.

Goliath possessed a spear like a weaver’s beam and a sword that had tasted the blood of many seasoned warriors who lacked the protection of God. The physical odds were so lopsided that any observer would have concluded that David’s death was a mathematical certainty within the first few seconds of the encounter.

You must cease from the habit of rehearsing the words of your accusers and begin to lift your voice in a song of praise that acknowledges your victory. The enemy thrives on your fear and your focus but he is starved of power when you turn your eyes toward the faithfulness of your heavenly Father.

Take a deep breath and realise that the pressure you feel is not a sign of your defeat but a sign that the enemy is desperate to stop what God is doing. Your victory is not something you are trying to get but something you are legally holding through the finished work of Christ.

Declare with authority that every tongue rising against you is already condemned and every plan made in secret is now being brought to a state of nothingness. Do not wait for the situation to change before you begin to act like a victor who has been given the keys to the kingdom.

Walk into your workplace your home and your community with the quiet confidence of a person who knows that they are under a canopy of divine protection. The Lord is working behind the scenes to disconnect the fuse of every explosive device that has been planted in your path by the adversary.

You might choose to sing to give a special offering or to simply dance in the privacy of your room as a sign of your joy. This defiance breaks the spirit of heaviness and sends a message to the kingdom of darkness that their weapons have failed to steal your song.

The joy of the Lord will become your strength providing you with the energy you need to outlast the enemy and outrun the horses of the wicked. You will find that praise opens doors that no man can shut and brings you into the presence of the King.

Forgive the Human Instrument.

Release the people who have allowed themselves to be used as weapons or tongues against you by extending a heart of forgiveness that mirrors Christ. While you condemn the spiritual force behind the attack you must not allow bitterness to take root in your own soul and block your blessing.

Forgiveness is not about the other person’s worthiness but about your own freedom and your continued access to the grace of the Father in heaven. By letting go of the offense you ensure that the enemy cannot use your own heart as a weapon against your spiritual progress and your peace.

Forgiveness removes the legal ground that the enemy tries to use to keep you tied to the past and to the pain of the attack. You will experience a lightness of spirit that allows you to soar above the conflict and live in the fullness of God.

Invest in the Kingdom Purpose.

Shift your focus from your own defense to the advancement of the kingdom of God by looking for ways to serve and bless others today. When the enemy tries to make your life small through attack you respond by making your impact large through intentional service and missional living in your community.

Occupy yourself with the King’s business and you will find that He takes care of your business with a level of excellence you could never achieve. This step integrates your victory into a lifestyle of purpose where your life becomes a blessing to many people who are still in bo***ge.

As you focus on others the Lord expands your borders and gives you a greater level of influence in the world for His glory. Your victory becomes a platform for the gospel and a source of hope for those who are watching your life.

Establish a Memorial of Victory.

Create a tangible reminder of how the Lord frustrated the plans of the enemy so that you can look back on it in future seasons. This could be a journal entry a marked scripture in your Bible or a physical object that represents the moment the weapon failed to prosper.

Memorials serve to build a history of faithfulness between you and God ensuring that your faith is rooted in the reality of past deliverances and wins. By remembering the victory you prepare yourself for the next level of glory and the next challenge that may come your way in life.

The blessing of a memorial is the constant reminder that God is a shield and a buckler to all who trust in His holy name. You create a legacy of faith that your children and grandchildren can follow when they face their own battles and weapons.

The Lord God of hosts is your shield and your exceeding great reward in the midst of every storm and every battle you face. I declare that the weapons of the enemy are melting like wax in the presence of the fire of the Holy Spirit today. You are a child of the Most High and your heritage is one of total victory and absolute immunity from the schemes of men.

I speak a divine frustration over every demonic laboratory where plots are being hatched against your health your finances and your family right now. Every word that has been spoken in secret to undermine your character is being turned into a blessing by the hand of the Almighty God. You shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living as your enemies flee in seven directions.

May the peace of God which passeth all understanding keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you walk in your new authority. You are more than a conqueror through Him that loved us and gave His life for our eternal redemption and our safety. Stand firm in the liberty wherewith Christ has made you free and see the salvation of the Lord manifest.
