LINK (1.2) TO GOD IS NOT DEPENDING ON WHAT KENYA IS, BUT WHAT HE CAN MAKE OF KENYA!
LINK (1.2): KENYA (MANKIND): “SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU! “ (Matthew 6:33, see 6:32-33)
MEANING
The word “seek” in Greek verb is “zeteo” meaning: “to look for, seek out, to try to obtain, desire to possess, strive for.”
And the Greek word for “the Kingdom of God” is “basileia” meaning: “kingdom, kingship, royal rule.”
And the word “his righteousness” in Greek is “ dikaiosyne” meaning: “righteousness, what is right, justice, the act of doing what is in agreement with God’s standards, the state of being in proper relationship with God.”
And the adjective word “all these things” (in this verse) in English is “all things considered” meaning:
“ as a whole: all, all on all, all told, bodily, by and large, collectively, conjointly, en masse, everything considered, everything included, for the most part, generally, in all, in sum, in toto, on the whole, taken together.”
Still in English the word “these things” is “taking everything in mind: all in all, as, as long as, because, everything being equal, for, forasmuch as, in consideration of, in view of, in as much as, insomuch as, now, pending, seeing, since, taking into account.”
The Greek verb word for “added” is “prostithemi” meaning:
“to add to, increase, (pass.) to be brought to, given.”
Introduction
In Matthew 6:33, Jesus gave us the foundation for all of our giving .He taught us not to worry about the basic necessities of life: ”...for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things” (Matthew 6:32). Instead of spending our lives worrying, Jesus told us: “...seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness ; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). Making the Kingdom of God our top priority includes giving to God first and putting His Kingdom first, before our needs and desires. Regardless of your current financial situation, when You put God first in your life, you will never need to worry because you will know that your heavenly Father will meet your every need.
Chapters 5-7 contain Christ’s incomparable Sermon on the Mount. In Matthew 6:25-33, Jesus tells us not to worry. He asks: “...if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith”? (Matthew 6:30). In Mathew 7:7-12, Jesus emphasized that the key to being freed from worrying and financial bo***ge was to ASK, IN FAITH! We have God’s promise in Matthew 7:7 that when we ask we will receive! If you are worrying about your finances, an insufficient income, making your mortgage payment, or having enough money to take care of your family, cast out worry, in the Name of Jesus, and ask the Lord. Know that your heavenly Father has promised: “...how much more shall your Father which is in heavenly give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7:11).
Substantially, speaking of the True Riches, Jesus revealed one of the perspectives of the Kingdom of God, Jesus taught us: “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” (Matthew 6:24).
WORRY
And speaking about worry, Jesus said:
“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thoughts for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; not yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat , and the body raiment?
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are you not much better than they?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit into his stature?
And why take thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toll not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and to morrow is cast into the even, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little of faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? Or What shall we drink? Or Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these shall be added unto you.
Take therefore no thoughts for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” (Matthew 6:25:33)
•Jesus Institutes His Holy Super (Matthew 26:29, see 26:26-30)
In Matthew 21:1-11, we see the Messiah King’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem riding on a donkey , (which was a fulfillment of Zechariah 9:9), Christ with His disciples during the Last Supper (Matthew 26:14-29), Christ’s agony in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:36-46), the events surrounding the Crucifixion of Christ (Matthew 26:47-27:66), and Christ’s glorious Resurrection, Matthew, Chapter 28).
Matthew closes with Christ’s Great Commission Charge (Matthew 28:18-20).
Substantially, speaking about Jesus Institutes His Holy Supper, He said:
“But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.
And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.” (Matthew 26:29-30)
POWER PRINCIPLE FOR GIVING (Matthew 26:6-13)
“Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the l***r,
There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment and poured it on his head as he sat at meal.
But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, to what purpose is this waste?
For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? For she hath wrought a good work upon me.
For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
Verily And say unto you, wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also be this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.” (Mathew 26:6-13).
GIVE UNSELFISHLY AND WHOLEHEARTEDLY IN AN ACT OF WORSHIP! (Matthew 26:6-13)
One of the most beautiful examples in the entire Bible of how God expects us to give to Him is written in Matthew 26:6-13. Jesus was in the home of Simon, the l***r. A woman came to him with an alabaster box of precious ointment. This perfumed ointment was very expensive. It was estimated to cost three hundred denarii. One denarius was a day’s wages for a labouring man. This alabaster jar of ointment was worth approximately one year’s wages. It very well could have been this woman’s life saving, representing everything that she had.
In an expression of her deep love, she broke the alabaster flask and poured the ointment on Jesus’ head. No one asked her to give it. She did not give to empress anyone. In fact she had to endure the criticism of Jesus’ disciples. She did not give it for selfish reasons.
The woman gave what was likely the most valuable thing that she owed. She did it in act of worship. Her heart was overwhelming with love and thanksgiving to Christ for Who He was and what He had done for her.
For many Christians today, giving tithes and offerings has become a matter of routine. When they give , it is from a sense of duty or obligation. It has become a dry , lifeless ritual to them, instead of a means of worshiping God. When we give today, we must give unselfishly and WHOLEHEARTEDLY, as this woman gave.
GIVING TO GOD IS A VITAL INTEGRAL PART!
Giving to God is not a separate part of our relationship with Him. It is a vital, integral part! Giving to God is a very personal, intimate, sacred part of your worship. He wants you to worship Him through your giving, as this woman gave her precious ointment, in praise and thanksgiving for Who He is and what He has done for you.
One of the most revolutionary actions that Jesus ever took was driving the moneychangers out of the temple. In this ENDTIME hour, before Christ returns, He will purge and cleanse the Church of carnal desires, covetousness, impure motives, and wrong attitudes concerning money.
PRAY: THY KINGDOM COME! (Matthew 6:10; Luke 11:2, AMPC)
In Matthew 7:7-12, Jesus emphasized that the key to being freed from worrying and financial bo***ge was to ASK, IN FAITH! We have God’s promise in Matthew 7:7 that when we ask, we will receive! If you are worrying about: your finances, , and insufficient income, making your mortgage payment, or having enough money to take care of your family, cast out worry, in the Name of Jesus, and ask the Lord. Know that your heavenly Father has promised: “...how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7:11).
Substantially, and speaking of Don’t Do Good Works for Praise, Jesus taught His disciples:
“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth , as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:10, see 6:9-13)
Jesus added, “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:14-15)
JESUS TEACHES HOW TO PRAY (Luke 11:2, see 11:1-13)
In Jesus’ parable of the unjust steward, He stressed faithfulness. He said: “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much” (Luke 16:10). God has made you His steward. The wealth and worldly riches that you have are not your own. God has entrusted them into your hands. It is very clear in Jesus’ teaching that if we are not faithful with worldly riches, then we cannot expect to be entrusted by God with His true , spiritual treasures. It may seem like the wealth that you have is very small and insignificant that you cannot afford to give any of it to God. However, when you are faithful to give from what God has freely given to you, He will bless and reward you by entrusting more into your hands.
•Throughout Luke’s Gospel, there is a rich heritage of Christ’s teaching regarding giving:
We read: Give freely and liberally to those in need (Luke 10:30-37). The danger of covetousness (Luke 12:15-21). Cast out worry. Seek God’s Kingdom’s first (Luke 12:22-31).
Substantially, Jesus Teaches How To Pray, we read: “And it came to pass, that , as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
Give us day by day our daily bread.
And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil...” (Luke 11:2, see 11:1-13).
JESUS IS ACCUSED OF WORKING WITH Beelzebub
We read: “But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house faileth.
If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? Because ye say that I cast out devil’s through Beelzebub.
And if by Beelzebub I cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore shall they be your judges.
But if I with the finger of God cast out devil’s, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
Essentially, speaking of Wealth Transfer, Jesus answered His accusers:
“When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:
But when a stronger than shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.” (Luke 11:21-22)
THE SPOILS OF THE ENEMY ARE YOURS! TAKE THEM! (Luke 11:21-22)
Are you ready to take the spoils of the enemy? In these verses, Jesus reveals the TOTAL VICTORY, POWER , and AUTHORITY that He had over Satan. With the power of His Word, Jesus cast a devil out of a man who had been unable to speak. The people were amazed. They had never seen anything like this great demonstration of power!
Among the crowd, there were also those who accused Jesus of casting out devil’s by the power of Beelzebub. In answer to their accusations, Jesus revealed the power that God had given to Him to destroy Satan and spoil his house. In Luke 11:21, the strong man refers to Satan. In Luke 11:22, Christ is the stronger One Who overcomes Satan, takes his armour, and divided the spoils.
JESUS CAME TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL (1 John 3:8).
Jesus came to DESTROY the works of the devil: “... For this purpose was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8). Jesus did not lay down his life on the Cross and die so that He might wound the devil. He paid the price in order to annihilate the works of the devil.
THE WAR HAS BEEN WON!
The war has been won! Satan has been defeated! You face a defeated enemy! When Christ arose victorious over death, hell, and the grave, He was exalted to a position of supreme authority over all things.
“Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet...” (Ephesians 1:21-22).
JESUS WAS GIVEN THE NAME THAT IS ABOVE EVERY NAME
Jesus was given the Name that is above every name. At His Name, every knee---including those of Satan and all of his demonic principalities, every sickness and disease, and every power on earth---must bow!
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)
JESUS DEFEATED SATAN AND DESTROYED HIS WORKS. PRAISE GOD!
Jesus defeated Satan and destroyed his works. Praise God! A stronger One than Satan overcame him and SPOILED his house! When He arose from the grave and ascended to heaven, Jesus SPOILED Satan’s principalities and powers. “And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it” (Colossians 2:15, emphasis added). The word spoiled in this verse means “disarmed.” Like the victor in a battle, Jesus stripped Satan of his power over you. The power of sin, sickness, disease, poverty and death has been broken! Satan has been disarmed!
JESUS’ VICTORY OVER SATAN ON YOUR BEHALF IS COMPLETE!
Jesus dethroned Satan and reduced him to nothing! Do you realize what this Great truth means to you, right now, if you are a child of God? It means that Satan has no power over you, except what you allow him to have! Think about all of the sickness, pain, turmoil, and financial problems that Satan has been using to discourage and defeat you. Jesus destroyed the works of Satan. He rendered him ineffective. You have been set free from all of the things that Satan has been oppressing you with.
Like a conquered army that has been stripped of its weapons and armour, Satan and his horde of demons and spiritual rulers of darkness were stripped and put to public shame. The powers that once held mankind captive---sin, sickness, poverty, and death---were destroyed. They no longer have power over you.
LOOK AGAIN AT LUKE 11:22
Jesus said: “But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils (emphasis added). What are the spoils of the enemy? In this scripture, the spoils of the enemy means anything of yours that has been stolen from you by Satan. Whatever things Satan has taken from you or has hindered you from receiving are the spoils of the enemy which still belong to you and which you have every right to take back from him. This includes your healing, restoration in your family, the finances that you need, and everything else that the enemy may have stolen from you.
CHRIST HAS ALREADY WON THE VICTORY.
He has divided the spoils with you. The bo***ges of sickness and disease have been broken! The bo***ge of poverty has been broken!
TAKE THE SPOILS OF THE ENEMY!
To take the spoils of the enemy, you must first have a fresh revelation of the battle that Christ has won. He has totally annihilated the works of the devil. You must no longer face the enemy from a defensive, defeated position. Christ has divided the spoils with you from the victory that He won over Satan. You can share in His victory! He has given you the power and authority over all of the works of the enemy.
THE WEALTH OF THE WICKED WILL BE TRANSFERRED INTO THE HANDS OF THE RIGHTEOUS, BUT IT WILL BE DONE FOR A PURPOSE!
Whatever finances you may need, bind the power of the enemy over them. Command him to loose his stranglehold on your finances, and take hold of what you need by faith. Do not waver! Do not give up! Keep standing in faith until you receive what you need. The wealth of the wicked will be transferred into the hands of the righteous, but it will be done for a purpose.
“WHEN YOU PRAY, SAY, OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME. THY
KINGDOM COME. THY WILL BE DONE , AS IN HEAVEN, SO IN EARTH! (Luke 11:2, see 11:1-28)
Therefore, “seeking first the Kingdom of God” means: “to look for it, to seek it out, to try to obtain it, to desire to possess it, and to strive for it.”
You must recognize that the Kingdom of God” is His Kingdom, His Kingship, and His royal rule!
His righteousness is His righteousness, what is His right, His justice, the act of doing what is right in agreement with His standards, the state of being in proper relationship with Him.
When you have done your part: made the seeking of God’s Kingdom and His righteousness your top priority, then His promise is that all these things: [all, everything, everyone, whole, always: everyone, all things, everybody, everywhere, all over, continually, entirely, publicly, absolutely, completely, day after day, forever and ever, forever more, profoundly, properly, perfectly, purely, securely, strictly, sufficiently, the whole, the world, throughout, travelled about the country, whole universe, whole, will be added to you!
ADDED
This word in Greek verb is “prostithemi” meaning: all these things shall be: “added to” you, they shall be increased in your favour, they shall be brought to you, and they shall be given to you.
So when you have prayed for the Kingdom of God to come as taught by the Lord Jesus (Luke 11:2, see 11:1-13) : making our heavenly Father, reverently, the top priority of the object of your prayer, all these things (including:
1. The will of God being done here on earth as it is heaven;
2. God will give us day by day our daily bread;
3.God will forgive our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us;
4.And God will lead us not into temptation; but will deliver us from evil according to the Prayer Jesus Taught us in (Luke 11:2-4, see 11:1-13).
FAITH PROMISE DECLARATION:
“My heavenly Father loves to give His children good gifts and to meet all of their needs. Because I am His child, I will receive His provision and rejoice in His great love for me.” (Luke 11:13)
WEALTH TRANSFER
God has revealed that now is the time for Him to begin a new system of transferring the wealth of the wicked into the hands of the just! God never intended the wealth of the world to belong in the hands of the ungodly. Generation after generation, we see a transfer of wealth from Israel’s enemy’s into their hands as God gave them the spoils of their enemies. The people of the world have been storing up the wealth of this world. Now, in this ENDTIME hour, God will transfer the wealth into the hands of and- time people that He has prepared for this hour!
Being Accused Of Working With Beelzebub, Jesus answered His accusers:
“When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:
But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.” (Luke 11:21-22)
