Matthew 11:28-30
[28]“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
[29]Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
[30]For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Jesus said these words and were written for us as an invitation to his rest.

Yesterday was that opportunity for us to act in accordance with these scriptures
Mark 16:15-16
[15]He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
[16]Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

He was in the world,and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognise him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him,to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. Children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God. John 1:10-13

His name is Jesus Christ.
