Dear Bosses treat your house helps as your own children or sister.
*Give her off day and freedom to worship during Sundays .stay with your kids on Sunday.
*Take her hospital when sick and stop deducting money for medication from her salary.
*Stop taking advantage of them eg forcing them to sex.overworking them, calling them minor maids, failure gossiping them etc.
Dear employees respect your bosses ,stop the following;
1. Stop stealing their money clothes, jewelleries etc
2. Stop spreading secrets.of your boss and his family
3.Be faithful in your work and stop laziness.
4.stop mistreating their children, take their children as the first priority.
5.Stop wasting their items eg water soap (eti coz umejam unaaribu Maji Na Sabuni ili uweke hasara)
6.Mind your own business
