Rom.8.27 - He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
Rom.8.28 - And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Rom.8.29 - For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn, with many brothers and sisters.

Phil.4.15 - As you know, you Philippians were the only ones who gave me financial help when I brought you the Good News and then traveled on from Macedonia. No other church did this.
Phil.4.16 - Even when I was in Thessalonica you sent help more than once.
Phil.4.17 - I don't say this because I want a gift from you. What I want is for you to receive a well-earned reward because of your kindness.
Phil.4.18 - At the moment I have all I need--more than I need! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable to God and pleases him.
