Acts 22:27-30 (NLT) So the commander went over and asked Paul, “Tell me, are you a Roman citizen?” “Yes, I certainly am,” Paul replied.
“I am, too,” the commander muttered, “and it cost me plenty!” Paul answered, “But I am a citizen by birth!”
The soldiers who were about to interrogate Paul quickly withdrew when they heard he was a Roman citizen, and the commander was frightened because he had ordered him bound and whipped.
The next day the commander ordered the leading priests into session with the Jewish high council. He wanted to find out what the trouble was all about, so he released Paul to have him stand before them.

When you know who you are and your heritage, which indeed was was by the slaining of the lamb of God at Calvary all that seemed to be contrary surrender and give you freedom without haste or such many....,the blood was the price that bought you,you freely became a citizen of heaven because Christ Jesus the ultimate price paid it all,many people pay with a lot of money just like the commander in this context,some with their souls and some with their seed,but for us who are of the kingdom of heaven are freely given the citizenship, just confess the blood which is your price and protection and it's all Brocken in Jesus name.

1 John 3:2, 6-8 (NLT) Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.
Anyone who continues to live in him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know him or understand who he is.
Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous.
But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil.
