My names are Evangelist Collins Witness,I was born in South Nyanza,Kenya in the year 1977 by unmarried mother who was a teacher by then.Mother died later in 1982 when I was only 5years and it was upon my grandma and grandpa to bring me up also to educate me of which they did well till I completed by college having five Diplomas ie Diploma in:Marketing Management,Advertising,Public Relations,Busine
ss Communications and Principles of Sales and marketing. After Colllege I joined the Gym and started building my muscles,I did till I grew bulging muscles then I joined my first Club/Bar as a Bouncer in the year 2002.My uncles who paid all my school fees were not happy but I proceeded on with the job.In the Club I found fellow Bouncers who introduced me to the act of stealing from customers.This is the year the mobile phones started to arrive in Kenya and they were very expensive,sometimes I could manage to steal even two and my pocket could read 40 thousand Kenya Shillings.I went to another Club where I was employed as the Chief Bouncer and here I collaborated with the Supervisor where I stole and we shared equally.This evil act took another turn where I collaborated with other thieves outside,we did it together ie I allowed them to get into the Bar on agreement that they steal and share with me equally.I found the job pleasing and people honored me in the streets and wherever I went because of the big muscles and handsomeness.It was not only a Bouncer,I was also a Rastaman who was well known in Nairobi Reggae clubs like,King Lion Sounds,Shashamane International and by then Jambo Sounds.I was a Reggae MC and I produced two albums all in Club Jam Rescue Umoja Kenya. In the year 2005,the taste of this life faded away and I remained wondering what kind of a frustrated life I was leading.On 26/08/05 at 11am on friday,I was resting on my my bed after a heavy training in the Gym then the voice of the devil started to speak to me to commit su***de.I sealed the deal to commit su***de while on my bed but the big question was which method would i take to kill myself,I thought of going to Town ie Nairobi City to climb on top of one of the tall buildings and drop myself from its top and die also I thought of going to the road and throw myself before the speeding vehicle to hit me to die and the last one I thought of taking a poison for killing rats called Rat and Rat in Kenya.I settled on using the Rat and Rat poison on monday of the following week since it was on friday.I planned to travel on the night of sunday to arrive at my upcountry home at dawn and take the poison and when people woke up at around 6 am they would find the body lying there on the compound.As I was busy meditating about the su***de,a voice spoke to my heart not to kill myself but to try Jesus so I jumped out of my bed and rushed to Pastor Pius Muiru's lunch hour service at Odeon Cinema hall.I reached there hurriedly and found Ushers at the entrance,they tried to stop me thinking that am a thug because of my hurry and the big muscles but it was as if I overpowered them till I reached in front of the Pastor where I humbled myself till Pastor finished preaching then he prayed for me and I fell down under the power of the HolyGhost for the first time.After the service I walked outside the hall and the voice of su***de was still ringing in my heart telling me just to continue with my su***de mission,so I walked home weighing to commit su***de or to seek Jesus.It was on a Friday so I went to my job of a Bouncer as usual and at midnight my heart fully settled on Jesus and there at the bar I was taking a break to go into the dirty toilets to kneel repenting and crying to God to forgive all my sins.I could not believe that God could forgive me cheaply and easily like that so every time I was in the toilet crying again and again till I felt that now I had peace with God.Jesus fully started to change my life and I began to carry my small pocket bible and read it in the Bar while people were wondering what was wrong with the Bouncer,reading the bible in the Bar? My life changed till the news reached my Director that his Bouncer is born again.My boss honored my salvation and ordered that on sundays I must be given off to go to church.I stopped stealing and started to preach to the prostitutes in the Bar to REPENT but they rebuked me asking me what am doing in the Bar but they were the same people who started to call me a Pastor in the Bar. On 25/10/2005 when i was sleeping alone in my slum house made of iron sheets at exactly 2 am while the door and the window was tightly closed,a brighter light that is incomparable illuminated my house and a voice followed saying:YOU WILL BE MY WITNESS:i was shocked whose voice was that,i was terrified and i cried in fear till morning thinking that voice may scare me again. Apostle Tonny from Uganda who was led by God came to my house after one week and prayed for me telling me that God has called me to be His witness but i resisted giving reasons that God is not desperate to use a Bouncer like me.The Apostle walked out and the same day at night dreams and visions started to follow.God was showing me the message of REPENTANCE and mighty miracles that He would do through me as His prophet. By that time i had a girlfriend whom i used to live with as a come-we-stay partner but the time of my salvation she was away for a college so i called her to Nairobi so that we could go to church and plan for a holy wedding,we went to church and i introduced the lady as my fiancee and the pastor said that a committee would be formed for the wedding plans.on Monday of the same week the lady went back to college and on Wednesday the voice of the Lord spoke to me again saying:DO NOT MARRY NOW YOU WILL NOT DO MY JOB:when i told the lady she resisted that i wanted to dump her for another lady,she met a prophet who told her that Collins is not her husband she should look for another man and in less than one month she got married and am still single till now. God kept visiting me in a bar in dreams and visions while am sleeping on chairs in the bar after closing down in the morning.Few months later i started to preach to Sunday school children at Donholm PAG Church in Nairobi Kenya then the pastor Manasseh detected my anointing and assigned me to be the English Service preacher.Many pastors I met just wanted me to join their churches but i kept asking them if they are comfortable with my message of REPENTANCE where some were against it saying its not the gospel of the hour. Today am a prominent preacher preaching the hard gospel of REPENTANCE.The whole world is my target,Jesus said that this gospel must be preached to the all four corners of the earth. MESSAGE AND LESSONS:
1.Jesus came for all people including Bouncers and He will look for you wherever you are.
2.Even the strong men MUST surrender to the strongest man called JESUS.
3.God uses the weak to ashame the strong.
4.God can disrupt all your plans and installs His
5.God can stop or delay your marriage for a mission or a purpose.
6.Its God to plan your life not you.i planned to be a Bouncer and a marketer but God planned that am a preacher.
