FIRST READING
“Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?”
A reading from the Book of the Prophet Ezekiel (Ezekiel 18:21-28)

Thus says the Lord God: “If a wicked man turns away from all his sins which he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is lawful and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. None of the transgressions which he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness which he has done he shall live. Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, says the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live? But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity and does the same abominable things that the wicked man does, shall he live? None of the righteous deeds which he has done shall be remembered; for the treachery of which he is guilty and the sin he has committed, he shall die. Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just. ’ Hear now, O house of Israel: Is my way not just? Is it not your ways that are not just? When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die for it; for the iniquity which he has committed he shall die. Again, when a wicked man turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is lawful and right, he shall save his life. Because he considered and turned away from all the transgressions which he had committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.”

* CHOIR GROWTH *

As the name implies, choir growth is coined to mean what those concerned with the choir need to do to ensure the speedy growth of the choir.
As you know, the choir is a vital department in church and needs concerted efforts of the music director/ Choirmasters, choristers, church leaders, and members for it to function formidably.
*My interest here borders on the role of the Music director/Choirmaster in building a strong choir*

The name Music Director or Choirmaster is not just a mere name. The life and death of a church choir lie largely in your hands. You have the greatest role to play if your church choir must grow rapidly. I know I'll not be able to exhaust all you need to do here but let's take a few.

1. *You must be trained.* Stop parading yourself in the church as a Choirmaster if you are not trained yet. Of course, you know, you can only give what you have. Attend music seminars, buy music books and study them, meet experienced Choirmasters, and get trained. See, when you are not trained you end up quarreling with your Choristers and avoiding those better than you in the choir🙆
Let the truth be told, some of us here are Choirmasters but are not grounded in music rudiments yet we don't want to be serious with the class. Getting trained saves you from so much embarrassment. When you are not trained, you end up wasting choristers' time in rehearsals. You can't even bring out the best in your Choristers.

2. *PRAY FOR YOUR CHORISTERS ALWAYS*
In the first place, you know Lucifer was a Choirmaster and he fought every committed Choirmaster. You cannot be exceptional. He can fight you using anything and anyone. Hence you must be prayerful. Always pray for your Choristers and church leaders. The devil can use them greatly against you. PRAY ALWAYS!

JINSI YA KUZUNGUMZA NA NAFSI YAKO NA KUISAIDIA ISITETEREKE WAKATI WA MISUKOSUKO

Katika Biblia, neno nafsi limetafsiriwa kutokana na neno la kiebrania nephesh hasa katika agano la Kale. Kwa agano jipya tunakutana na neno psyche. Kwa agano la kale neno nafsi linamaanisha kiumbe kinachopumua. Na kwa agano jipya linamaanisha kiumbe kilicho hai. Kupumua na kuwa hai kwa ujumla huzungumzia kitu kikubwa kinachoitwa nafsi. Ukisoma katika kitabu cha Mwanzo 2:7. Tunasoma hivi:
“BWANA Mungu akamfanya mtu kwa mavumbi ya ardhi akampulizia puani pumzi ya uhai; Mtu akawa nafsi (NEPHESH) hai”. Mstari huu unaonesha kuwa Mungu alimtengeneza mwanadamu kwa udongo lakini bado hadi wakati huu nafsi haikuwa hai. Uhai wa nafsi ulikuja pale ambapo alimpulizia puani pumzi ya uhai.
Hivyo basi kwa ujumla wake tunaweza kusema kwamba nafsi ni sehemu iliyo ndani ya ya mtu ambayo inamtofautisha kati yake na mnyama au mtu mwingine yeyote.. Aidha nafsi ni ile sehemu ambayo inahisi na ina utashi juu ya nia na kuamua. Pia kwa nyongeza nafsi ni ile sehemu ya mwanadamu inayojisikia kuwa na tamaa na upendo ndio hasa tunayoweza kusema kwamba ni nafsi. Katika somo hili tutajifunza jinsi ya kuzungumza na nafsi yako lakini pia na nafsi zingine ambazo zimekata tama. Kabla ya hapo tuelewe kwamba huwezi kuzungumza vizuri na nafsi yako k**a hujafahamu mahitaji ya nafsi. Hivyo, kabla hatujaingia kwa undani zaidi juu ya somo hili ni lazima kwanza uelewe nafsi yako inahitaji nini kwa wakati huo. Je faraja, amani, kutiwa moyo, kuagizwa jambo fulani? Ili usiingie mgogoro na nafsi ishirikishe katika kila hatua unayopitia au unachotaka kufanya.

➾ *WHAT IS COURTSHIP?*

Simply put, courtship is a period of time where two friends having decided to marry, are working towards marriage. At this level, a proposal would have been made signaling engagement or commitment by both friends. Of course, at this level, both families would have been informed too.

➾ *HOW LONG SHOULD A COURTSHIP LAST?*

There is actually no time frame with regards to the length of a courtship. However, a good courtship shouldn't be too short or too long. Relationship and marriage counselors and experts advocate a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years.

However, not every courtship has really adhered to this recommendation because of the unreadiness of one party to tie the knot at a chosen date, financial reasons, long distance relationships, academics, delay of parental consent, illness, etc. I personally strongly disapprove of very long courtships so as to curtail some temptations that come with very long wait. *➾ WHAT'S THE TRUE PURPOSE OF COURTSHIP?*

The real purpose of courtship is to get to know the person more and discuss and agree on all the salient issues that will help a marital experience.

Examples of what to do/discuss in courtship are:
➱ Meet the family of your lover
➱ Know where he lives
➱ Know your jobs
➱ Discuss your spiritual lives
➱ Discuss your career plans and their demands
➱ Discuss the number of children you would like to have
➱ Discuss your finances
➱ Discuss every other issue.
➱ Discuss how to manage the extended family
➱ Discuss educational pursuits and their demands
➱ Discuss the type, size, place and funding of your wedding
➱ Pray often together for yourselves and your future together.

NOTE! At this level of relationship, if you still have some secrets that may affect your marriage in the future, reveal them.

Karibuni ndugu zangu kwa adhimisho la misa Takatifu asubuhi ya leo ikiwa basi tunaadhimisha kumbukumbu ya Bikira Maria Malkia. Hii ni kumbukumbu iliyoanzishwa mwaka 1954, miaka minne tangu Papa huyu huyu atangaze Dogma ya Bikira Maria Mpalizwa Mbinguni na Pia ilikuwa ni kumbukumbu ya miaka mia moja tangu Papa Pio wa wa tisa atangaze dogma ya Bikira Maria Mkingiwa dhambi ya asili hapo mwaka 1854.

Mwaka huu wa 1954 ilikuwa pia ni mwaka wa kwanza kwa ajili ya kumheshimu Mama Maria kuwahi kuwekwa na kanisa yaani “Mwaka kwa heshima ya Mama Bikira Maria.” Maria anapewa hadhi ya Malkia na mama yetu. Malkia ni mama Mtawala, mwenye uwezo na madaraka. Mama Maria basi kwa kitendo chake tu cha kuwa Mama wa Yesu, basi moja kwa moja alikabidhiwa madaraka ya kuwa Malkia huko mbinguni, Mama wa enzi ya kifalme aliyepewa madaraka hayo na mwanae. Ndiyo basi tunakuwa na kila sababu ya kwenda kwake kuomba msaada kwani yeye ni Malkia, mama mwenye madaraka.

Maria pia ni mama yetu kwani basi yeye alikabidhiwa kanisa alitunze na aliombee k**a Mama. Sisi sote ni viungo vya kanisa kwa ubatizo wetu. Hivyo basi kwa pamoja tumkimbilie Mama huyu. Yesu aliamua kumpatia nafasi na nguvu za kipekee kabisa. Nguvu hizi hakuzipata kutoka kwake yeye k**a yeye. Hata kati ya wanadamu wapo waliobarikiwa na kupatiwa uwezo wa kipekee kabisa-kuna wanaoweza kukaa chini na kubuni dawa za ajabu, kubuni ndege, kubuni vifaa vya kwenda anga za mbali na hata kubuni majengo na barabara za ajabu. Wapo waliojaliwa vipaji hivi-na wengine hawana. Mama Maria alijaliwa uwezo na mamlaka ya kimalkia na Yesu. Sisi basi twende kwake tukiomba kila siku kupitia kwake k**a injili inavyofundisha.

Katika masomo yetu, somo la kwanza tunakutana basi na lile somo tunalosomaga kwenye ile vijilia ya Noeli. Ni somo lenye maneno k**a “wale waliokwenda kwenye giza la mauti mwanga umewaangaza, na maneno mengine ni kwa ajili yetu mtoto amezaliwa, mtoto mwenye enzi ya kifalme.” Huu ni unabii wa isaya

A POWERFUL PRAYER TO JESUS FOR FINANCIAL BLESSINGS:

Heavenly Father, most gracious and loving God, I pray to you that you abundantly bless my family and me.

I know that you recognize, that a family is more than just a mother, father, sister, brother, husband and wife, but all who believe and trust in you.

GOD, I send up a prayer request for financial blessing for not only the Person who shared this with me, but for me and all that I will share this prayer with. And that the power of joined prayer by those who believe and trust in you is more powerful than anything.

I thank you in advance for your blessings. God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt burdens.

Release your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all that you have given me, GOD, for I know how wonderful and mighty you are and how, if we just obey you and walk in your Word and have the faith of a mustard seed, that you will pour out blessings.

I thank you now Lord for the recent blessings I have received and for the blessings to come, because I know you are not done with me yet. In Jesus’ name I ask.

There’s only one Church, and that is not a denomination. You can’t denominate God’s Church. There’s one Church and one Body. That Body is the mystical Body of Jesus Christ here on earth, and by one Spirit we’re all baptized into that one Body, whether we’re Methodists, Baptists, or Catholic, or what.
No matter what a man’s denomination is, if he is depending on his church for salvation, he’s lost. If a Catholic’s depending on the Catholic church to save him, he’s lost. If a Baptist is depending on the Baptist church saving him, he’s lost. If a Pentecostal is depending on the Pentecostal church saving him, he’s lost; but if those individuals are relying on God and on Jesus Christ, “By faith are you saved, and that not of works but of grace.”

3. Tayarisha Biblia yako, Notebook, Kalamu, n.k mahali pamoja.

4. Tayarisha zaka na sadaka yako.(Kisha sema na Mungu unataka akufanyie nini kupitiahiyo sadaka)

5. Lala mapema.

6. Amka kwa wakati ikiwezekana tegesha alarm

7. Epuka kusema "Hata nikifika mapema, sitakutana na mtu yeyote"
Fika mapema na acha mtu aje akukute pia. Usisahau kwamba wewe pia ni mtu.

8.Iwapo itakuchukua dakika 15 kuendesha gari/kutembea hadikanisani, sikuzote toa muda wa ziada kwa kuwa lolote linaweza kutokea. Kwa mfano, ikiwa ibada itaanza
saa 1:00 asubuhi na inakuchukua dakika
10 kuendesha gari/kutembea hadi kanisani, ni bora kila mara kuondoka nyumbani saa 12:40 asubuhi.

9.Panga kufika kanisani angalau dakika30 kabla ya ibada kuanza.

10.Usitoe nafasi kwa marafiki na jamaa kukutembelea saa chache kabla ya Ibada. Ikiwa wanakuja wakati unajiandaa kwenda Kanisani, nenda Kanisani pamoja nao au wafanye wakungojee hadi urudi. Wao si muhimu zaidi kuliko Mungu.

🟩Kwenda kanisani mapemakunaleta baraka za Bwana juu ya maisha yako.

🟩Usiwe na mazoea ya kuchelewa kufika kanisani, ni aibu kwa Mungu wako.

🟩 Kuchelewa kanisani ni kukosa nidhamu kwa aliyekuumba(Mungu)
