SEXUAL PURITY.
Today, we celebrate the feast of one young lady, Saint Maria Goretti, who did whatever she could, to maintain her virginity, by hating and resisting r**e to the point of death, having been stubbed 14 times, by Alessandro. She died a martyr.

As I look into her story, and relate to the current world, I am asking myself very many questions. Where did the rain start beating us?

It is like Mungu saidia situation.

Sexual Purity is one of the most critically important virtues to have as a human being, which instills self confidence and the most primary builders of self esteem - whether a Christian or Not.

A broken self esteem looks like multiple emotional injuries resulting from failed sexual relationships.

Exercising self control comes and has got a lot to do with self discipline, and consistent guidance by the Holy Spirit.

It does not mean you will not see beautiful lilies on the field, but the keyword is Self discipline. You have to be prayerful, otherwise you will end up with as many lilies as you can see in in the field, and once they start decaying, you will not withstand the odour.

Let us pray so that we may harbour and live the gifts of the Holy Spirit and most importantly, Self Control.

SEXUAL IMPURITY.
This not only hurts the person's self esteem, but causes alot of self guilt. No one would have confidence even publicly speaking since they feel undressed, guilty, lonely, hollow etc.

The current world seems to introduce and endorse sexual impurity and make it fashionable until such a point, when irreparable damage has happened to the victim. A damaged reputation, sexually transmitted diseases, emotional disturbance, mental illness, non productivity and giving up are becoming the fruits of sexual impurity - these are the works of Satan. This is a grave concern to anyone doing parenting, because what we are teaching our children, could be they will learn and be more perfect in it than ourselves.

We seem careless, we seem to mainstream evil ways to make them the modern day standards of operations.
We seem to abandon our core responsibilities of good parenting. We seem to encourage that which cannot work and what Nature does not allow! History will judge us harshly if we do not instill morals in the smallest way we could , right from grassroots.

It is a wide conversation.

Good Morning dear family of God.

We usher our new year of Evangelisation to All Nations, so that they may all come to Know God, Love Him and Trust Only Him.

Our reflection meditation for the year comes from the book of John 15:16.

"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you."

Jesus is speaking to His disciples, and teaching them the importance of obedience, love, and being always attached to Himself, The true vine, (not just a vine, but "THE TRUE VINE")
A branch cannot bear if not attached to the vine, it withers.

He adds that He chose us, not us who Chose Him... And without Him, we can do nothing.

Let us Accept JESUS CHRIST to lead and govern our lives the entire 2024 and until eternity.

He is the way, the truth and the life.

Walking in the light is much easier than walking in darkness. In darkness, we can trip over debris, step in puddles and ditches, or even wander off of the path entirely. It is no surprise that God promises to brighten our path when we walk in His righteousness, and that the light grows to its full noon-day brilliance the more we walk with Him.
