There is a difference between attending church and carrying the church.

Paul understood what it meant to carry a burden for God's work.

Faithfulness is the foundation of usefulness.
Faithful people:
β’ Show up.
β’ Keep their word.
β’ Complete assignments.
β’ Honour commitments.
β’ Serve whether they are applauded or not.
β’ Remain dependable when nobody is watching.
GIFTED PEOPLE MAY ATTRACT ATTENTION; FAITHFUL PEOPLE CARRY RESPONSIBILITY.
Your next level may be hiding inside your present faithfulness.

Prayer is not the program before the program.
PRAYER IS THE ENGINE ROOM OF THE CHURCH.
EPAPHRAS WAS A SPIRITUAL WARRIOR, NOT A CASUAL PRAYER.
Paul says he was:
βAlways laboring fervently for you.β
The Greek word is βagΕnizomenosβ.
It means:
β’ To struggle intensely.
β’ To strive like an athlete.
β’ To contend like a soldier.
β’ To fight with determination.
β’ To exert oneself with all oneβs strength.
Paul was saying:
βEpaphras fought for people in prayer.β
EVERY GROWING CHURCH NEEDS PEOPLE WHOSE KNEES HAVE TOUCHED THE GROUND BEFORE THEIR HANDS TOUCH THE WORK.

One of the most dangerous people in church is a person who is gifted but unteachable.

The test of loyalty comes when:
β’ You are corrected.
β’ Your name is not mentioned.
β’ Someone else is promoted.
β’ Your idea is rejected.
β’ The church goes through a difficult season.
β’ You donβt understand everything happening.
Loyalty means remaining committed to God, truth, covenant, and the legitimate spiritual assignment, even when the journey becomes difficult.
LOYALTY IS REVEALED WHEN CONVENIENCE DISAPPEARS.

There are two kinds of church members:
(a) Problem reporters

DONβT BECOME THE PERSON WHO ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT IS WRONG BUT NEVER KNOWS WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.

CONSISTENCY IS SPIRITUAL STRENGTH.
Consistency says:

GREAT THINGS ARE BUILT BY PEOPLE WHO KEEP SHOWING UP.
Consistency turns ordinary effort into extraordinary results.

A mature member understands:
β’ Not every conversation needs to be repeated.
β’ Not every offence needs to become public.
β’ Not every disagreement needs an audience.

Some people carry the gospel.
Others carry gossip.
Some people build bridges.
Others build factions.
Some people extinguish fires.
Others walk around carrying matches.

A church becomes stronger when its members understand that vision must be financed, missions must be supported, people must be cared for, and ministry requires sacrifice.

Charisma can open a door.
CHARACTER DETERMINES WHETHER YOU CAN REMAIN IN THE ROOM.
Talent may put you on a platform.
Character keeps you trustworthy.
Joseph had power, position, and opportunity, but his character prevented him from abusing the opportunity presented by Potipharβs wife.
CHARACTER IS WHO YOU ARE WHEN NOBODY IS APPLAUDING.

This is one of the greatest marks of maturity.
Jesus multiplied Himself through disciples.
This gives us a powerful chain:
Paul β Timothy β Faithful People β Others
That is multiplication.
DONβT JUST BUILD A DEPARTMENT. BUILD PEOPLE.
The greatest evidence of leadership is not what happens when you are present.
It is what continues happening because you trained others.

DONβT ABANDON DESTINY BECAUSE OF A TEMPORARY DISAPPOINTMENT.

In Numbers 4, the Levites were assigned to carry the holy things of the Tabernacle.
Not everybody carried the same thing.
