MONDAY 26TH PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDELINE

Verse of the week:

2 Chronicles 14:11
"Asa cried to the Lord his God, O Lord, THERE IS NONE BESIDES YOU TO HELP, and it makes no difference to You whether the one You help is mighty or powerless HELP US, O LORD OUR GOD! FOR WE RELY ON YOU, and we go against this multitude in Your name. O Lord, You are our God; LET NO MAN PREVAIL AGAINST YOU!"

We, many times, claim to be waiting on God when, in reality, our eyes are elsewhere. When people disappoint us, we pick a fight with God... yet He never promised to come through the people we had in mind... we can get very myopic at times!

To finish well, we must learn early in life to NEVER TREAT GOD AS AN OPTION. He should never be your LAST RESORT after all else has failed. Realize early that HE IS OUR ONLY HELP. All else we have put your confidence in can fail

Trust in anything other than God is ill-adviced! Without Him, you are going nowhere! You can't achieve anything eternally meaningful without Him. It is in Him that we live and move and have our being.

Asa realized and admitted early... no help was coming through except God's help. And he aligned himself accordingly! May our hearts turn to and trust in God implicitly! It is the only way we will see God at work!!!

Remember Jeremiah 17:5? *_"Thus says the Lord: Cursed [with great evil] is the strong man who trusts in and relies on frail man, making weak [human] flesh his arm, and WHOSE MIND AND HEART TURN ASIDE FROM THE LORD."_*

*OUR GOD WILL SEND HELP FROM STRANGE PLACES!!!*

The story of ravens providing daily sustenance for Prophet Elijah is very intriguing...that God could use wild, ravenous scavengers to yield what they themselves crave for the most...meat...to a prophet on the run.

God can use mean and eccentric sources to provide for his people. They will do so because they have been commanded. All creation listens to the voice of God...way more than we do.

I pray for you today! May you receive a significant and uncommon breakthrough from strange and unexpected places!

They need it, but they will yield it to you because the Lord has commanded! You need to be preserved for Gods purpose! Receive a commanded blessing in Jesus' Name!

DAY 21: PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDELINE 2026

THANKSGIVING FOR ANSWERED PRAYER

Good morning, Precious Faith family. Today, we dedicate our time of prayer to gratitude. We thank God for the grace to fast, pray, seek His face, and come into alignment with His will and purpose.

We thank God for the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit throughout this period of prayer. We thank Him for enabling us to be consistent. We also thank Him for the promise that He will help us sustain this lifestyle of devotion to prayer and the ministry of the Word.

We thank Him in advance for every answered prayer...what He has already done, what He is doing, and what He will do in the coming days.

Scripture of the day:

Philippians 4:4-7 AMPC
"Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, gladden yourselves in Him]; again I say, Rejoice!
Let all men know and perceive and recognize your unselfishness (your considerateness, your forbearing spirit). The Lord is near [He is coming soon].

"Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.

"And God’s peace shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

DAY 20: PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDELINE 2026

COMMITMENT TO FAITH AND TO FAITHFULNESS.

Guiding Scriptures

Hebrews 10:23 AMPC
So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.

1 Thessalonians 5:24 AMPC
Faithful is He Who is calling you [to Himself] and utterly trustworthy, and He will also do it [fulfill His call by hallowing and keeping you].

1 Corinthians 4:2 AMPC
Moreover, it is [essentially] required of stewards that a man should be found faithful [proving himself worthy of trust].

Good morning, and welcome to our 20th day of prayer and fasting. We are proceeding with our trajectory for the new year. Today, our prayer focus is on faith and faithfulness. These are the two things that God is rewarding this year.

Faith means I trust God. Faithfulness means He trusts me. So faith and faithfulness are simply two sides of the same coin. They work hand in hand.

Faith is trust. Trust is the native air and language of friendship. God is basically after friendship. Hiding is not part of friendship. Dealing with each other face to face is a mark of genuine friendship.

Faithfulness means he can trust us. Faithfulness grows and can be trained.

Faith means we can trust Him. Faith develops and matures. Faith is rest. I can cast my cares upon him because i find Him able and dependable! I can sleep in the storm.

When these two combine, there is a reward...and it may not necessarily be a physical one. The physical and material stuff are just byproducts of a much deeper spiritual reward!

Faithfulness is the key to rulership. I will make you ruler over much, remember?...

The key components of faithfulness are DEPENDABILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY. Can He count on you? Are you keen to develop the character and the will to do what he wants?

The substratum of stewardship is faithfulness. It's about administration or management... Not ownership!

Both faith and faithfulness take time, patience, and character to develop.

There are three arenas that God is working with in our lives

1. Public,
2. Personal and
3. Private...

The PUBLIC arena is what everyone sees: the image, the front, the smile, the facade, and the mask.

The PERSONAL arena is what close people witness of you: your family and close friends. It is a space in which we are a bit less guarded and cautious.

The PRIVATE arena is what only you know about yourself...The real you that not even close family and friends know. This is the arena that God focuses on more than anything else. This should be our truest pursuit: to keep performing for the audience of One...OUR GOD!

Psalms 89:21-24
I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:

With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

And I will beat down his foes before his face and plague them that hate him.

But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.

DAY 19: PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDELINE 2026.

PEACE, REST, HEALING, AND RECOVERY

SCRIPTURES OF THE DAY:

Psalm 46:8-10 AMPC
[8] Come, behold the works of the Lord, Who has wrought desolations and wonders in the earth. [9] He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow into pieces and snaps the spear in two; He burns the chariots in the fire. [10] Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth!

2 Chronicles 15:5-6, 15 AMPC
[5] And in those times THERE WAS NO PEACE to him who went out nor to him who came in, but GREAT and VEXING AFFLICTIONS and DISTURBANCES were upon all the inhabitants of the countries. [6] Nation was broke in pieces against nation, and city against city, for God vexed and troubled them with all sorts of adversity.

Good morning, Precious Family. Thank you all for consistently paying and fasting for the last 19 days. We have a God who hears and answers prayer. May He attend to you.

Today's word is SHALOM:
Shalom is a Hebrew word meaning PEACE, WHOLENESS, COMPLETENESS, PROSPERITY, and WELL-BEING. It is used as a greeting for both "hello" and "goodbye" and represents a deep state of harmony with oneself, others, and God, not just the absence of conflict.

It stems from the root shalem, meaning "whole" or "complete," signifying a FLOURISHING STATE where ALL NEEDS ARE MET and RELATIONSHIPS ARE RIGHT.
The word is used when conveying a blessing of peace and wholeness.
It speaks of Deeper Peace, more than just a ceasefire. It is a state of FLOURISHING, JUSTICE, and FULFILLMENT in ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE.

Completeness: Implies being sound in body, mind, and spirit, and being in right relationship with God and community.

In the Bible, shalom refers to reconciliation with God, the end of hostilities, and the abundance and delight of a world restored.

PRAYER POINTS.

2. Pray for this shalom in your family
3. Pray for this shalom in your work, proffession and carreer.
4. Pray for this shalom in our church
5. Pray for this shalom in our country, Kenya
6. Pray for Israel and the entire world....that they may come to the saving knowledge of Christ and receive this wholeness.

DAY 18: PRAYER AND FASTING GUIDELINE 2026

WISDOM AND FAVOUR IN OUR WALK OF DESTINY.

GUIDING SCRIPTURES

1 Samuel 18:5 AMPC
And David went out wherever Saul sent him, and he prospered and behaved himself wisely; and Saul set him over the men of war. And it was satisfactory both to the people and to Saul's servants.

1 Samuel 18:14-16 AMPC
David acted wisely in all his ways and succeeded, and the Lord was with him. [15] When Saul saw how capable and successful David was, he stood in awe of him. [16] But all Israel and Judah loved David, for he went out and came in before them.

Good morning, Precious people. Thanks for staying with us on this journey of prayer and fasting. May the Lord renew your strength.

Today, we are praying for the wisdom to navigate our destinies with divine favour. God has called us to live and walk differently. Our way of life is markedly different from non-believers because our destinies are not the same.

Our value system is equally very different! Abraham was called a hebrew...meaning "the called out one."

Realizing this marks you out and makes your walk unique. You are a special child, and this is also why you face unique battles and hostilities. You will be loved and hated in equal measure. But realize you are never on your own. You are sponsored by the Holy Spirit.

Today, we are praying for the following:

1. Clarity concerning Gods call on our lives. We won't be groping in the dark as regards God's mandate for each one of us. We shall walk confidently because we have prophetic insight and foresight.

2. Destiny Helpers: In the same way that God has called you to people, God has also assigned people to you. You can not thrive in isolation. Every Mary needs an Elizabeth... a person who has gone a head to help us with the journey. We pray mentors, fathers, role models, and teachers to help us minimize costly mistakes along the way.

3. Provision for the journey. God fed Elijah with a heavenly meal that empowered him to walk for forty days and forty nights to the mountain of God. We, too, shall be provided for by God! God's work, done Gods way, will not lack His provision.

4. Protection from harm ochestrated by attacks from hell. The enemy attacks to delay, discredit, distract, and derail us from our God-given assignments. But our battles belong to God. We are more than conquerors. We shall prevail!

5. We will be obedient to God and align with His word. We will comply with the demands of the season. Apostle Paul was not disobedient to the heavenly vision! Neither shall we.

Our further guiding scripture is 2 Peter 1:8-10 (Amplified Bible)

For as these qualities are yours and are increasing in you as you grow toward spiritual maturity, they will keep you from being useless and unproductive in regard to the true knowledge and greater understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For whoever lacks these qualities is blind—shortsighted, closing his spiritual eyes to the truth, having become oblivious to the fact that he was cleansed from his old sins.

Therefore, believers, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you [be sure that your behavior reflects and confirms your relationship with God ]; for by doing these things [actively developing these virtues], you will never stumble [in your spiritual growth and will live a life that leads others away from sin ]
