As young people, you are at the forefront of God's mission. You are the light set on a hill, chosen by God to make a difference in your families, communities, and the world at large.
Now more than ever, the world needs your energy, creativity, and passion for Christ. Ellen G. White reminds us, “With such an army of workers as our youth, rightly trained, might furnish, how soon the message of a crucified, risen, and soon-coming Saviour might be carried to the whole world!” (Education, p. 271). This is a reminder that God has placed within you talents and abilities that, when dedicated to Him, can change the world.
Do not underestimate the power of your influence. When you live for Christ, you become a beacon of hope to others. Keep striving to grow spiritually, academically, and in service to others. Dedicate your time to prayer, study of the Word, and acts of kindness that reflect Christ's love.
The journey is not always easy, but remember that God has promised, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31).
Let us rise as a generation of committed and faithful young people, prepared to carry the banner of Christ wherever we go. The world is waiting for the message you have to share—stand firm, shine bright, and be the change God has called you to be.
