I Corinthians 16:22
If anyone does not love the Lord, that person is cursed. Our Lord, come!

The curse is separation from God. Separation comes from disobedience to the greatest commandment that is you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, will all your mind and with all your strength.

I believe it is impossible for an unregenerate man to love the Lord. The first love is to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. The rest, He works in us more and more as we await the coming of the Lord Jesus.

Growth is a decision, not a wish. When we speak of growth, it is easy to think of the things we see or areas we can see and easily identify. We need to grow all round.

+ Spiritually - You are a spiritual being. It would help if you decided which way you want to go in this area. How much of God do you want? How deep is your spiritual well? Have you settled on just the little knowledge you have? Are you growing in Grace and in the knowledge of God?
+ Emotionally - Some of us are mature physically but very immature emotionally. How do you respond to issues? How many relationships have been ruined by your anger? The Bible says anger rests in the blossom of fools. How do you see life?
+ Financially - April was financial literacy month. Are we embracing the wisdom of the ant? Saving during plenty for a rainy day? Are we investing or just spending? what is your relationship with money - master or slave?

I believe growth is a choice. Surround yourself with people that push you to grow! People who challenge you when you are at ease and lazy.

Manipulation especially in these last days through deception will increase.

People will move from city to city, town to town, continent to continent looking for a Jesus of their own making.

People will die pursuing some strange supernatural experiences.

People will look for something new, exciting the mind and leaving the soul empty.

Jesus is coming! He will not hide himself in a mountain, city, or town, just like lightning in the sky, He will reveal himself and His angels will reap the earth of the saints.

As the year ends, it is important to count your blessings. Identify opportunities for growth for the next season, and endeavor to plan for the next season in Faith. (I believe a lack of planning is a lack of Faith). I believe the best is yet to come.

I wish you all a merry Christmas! Spend time with those that are family.

Do not forget that the reason we are celebrating Christmas is because God became fully man and Fully God through Christ so that we could have an unending priesthood. Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour ever lives to make intercessions for us so that we are delivered continuously from the Evil one and make it to heaven.
