What happens when pressure is no longer private?
Numbers 20.1-13

Today we are encouraged to reflect on how we react when we face pressure in the presence of witnesses.

For Moses it was rage, he chose to strike the rock at Meribah instead of speaking to it. Numbers 20.11 : " Then Moses raised his arm and struck the rock twice with his staff. Water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank"
But the Lord still provided water for the Israelites.

This is a call for us to always honour God especially when pressure and shame is public.

What happens when pressure is no longer private, but public? What do we do when frustration, exhaustion, disappointment, and provocation push us to a breaking point—especially when everyone is watching?

Join us for a powerful service as we journey through the Meribah experience in Numbers 20. Moses stood before a thirsty, complaining congregation, under immense pressure, and in that public moment, his response revealed the tension between human frustration and divine instruction.

Meribah reminds us that pressure may be public, but our obedience must remain personal.

As we gather for this Prayer Service, we are trusting God to meet us in this moments, the places of pressure, frustration, exhaustion, and testing. Where the walls have cracked, we believe God can restore, strengthen, refresh, and rebuild.
Tonight, we come together to seek God’s presence, intercede for our families, speak over our situations, and trust Him for breakthrough.
🔥 We will pray through the pressure.
💧 We will seek refreshing in the wilderness.
🙏 We will surrender every burden to God.
❤️ We will trust God to rebuild what has been broken.
