Today's Message!
MAY A BARNABAS STEP IN FOR YOU!
Acts 9:26-27 KJV
And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple. [27] But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

Acts 9:29-30 KJV
And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him. [30] Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

Paul faced a crises of acceptance from the brethren until a Barnabas rose and stepped in by investing his integrity on Paul after which they gave him a chance albeit temporarily. After a while, Paul faced persecution from the Jews who desired to end his life and ministry. The brethren were like, " Saul, please o, we can't deal with this problem with you. We can't fight for or with you. Our hands are already filled with our own problems. Please we advise you to go to your village at least, you will have what to eat and where to sleep". They sent him to his village and forgot about him there.

Paul's ministry possibly wouldn't have had a global effect if he had continued in his village. But after a while of not seeing or hearing from him, Barnabas went to Saul's village to look for him...

Acts 11:25 KJV
Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul:

I perceive Barnabas saying to Saul, "Guy, don't forget the mandate Christ gave you. You can't remain in this village. Please refuse to be discouraged by the attitude of the brethren nor be afraid of the threats of the Jews, I am willing to stand with you through this season. Iwill give you my platform, networks and guidance when where necessary as you may desire"

Paul rose from his pain and returned to active ministry.

BE CALMING DOWN:
One of my sons and his wife will always tell me anytime I try to complain about their too much love, value and honour to me and the mandate I represent that, “Father, If we don’t do it, God will still use someone else to do it, so why shouldn’t we do it and receive the blessings”. What a mindset!

I see a lot of people especially in ministry who feel until they endorse you, you are finished!
I see people who behave towards others as though if they don’t pay your fees, you will be stranded!

I see people who feel, the day you stop relating with them, the door to heaven will be shut against you.

You know why you should be calming down?
Your house is not the refill station for oxygen neither does the road to success pass through your house. What you are in a position to do but unwilling to do, God will use someone else to do.
Your house maybe the shortest route to the village stream, if you close it, people won’t stop fetching water just that they will no longer pass through your house, they will still find their way to the stream.

There’s nothing God gave you that He can not give to another person. There’s nothing God made of you that He cannot make out of another person. There’s no place you have gone to that someone else cannot go.

Elijah was busy carrying himself as the only standing Prophet, God humbled him by revealing that there were seven thousand others. God told him to anoint Elisha, Jehu and Hazael, he reluctantly anointed only Elisha, leaving him no instruction to anoint Jehu and Hazael yet Elisha who was not there when the instruction was given still went ahead to anoint the other two.
Those you refuse to raise, someone else will raise sir!

Always remember this!
God will never abdicate His sovereignty over the affairs of men to any individual. Sometimes He uses the basket to fetch water just to humble the bowl. Other times, He uses an egg to break the coconut to shame the
