Today, Salvationists, officers, employees, family, and friends gathered at the Kakamega Approved School grounds to celebrate the ministry of Major Rosemary Matunde during her retirement ceremony, led by the Territorial Leadership.
Major Rosemary retires from active officership while serving as the Territorial Secretary for Spiritual Life Development at Territorial Headquarters (THQ), bringing to a close a distinguished ministry marked by dedication, commitment, and a passion for nurturing spiritual growth.
A highlight of the occasion was the presentation of the retirement certificate by the Territorial Commander, Commissioner Geoff Webb, in recognition of her years of faithful service to God and The Salvation Army.
As we celebrate this significant milestone, we thank God for Major Rosemary's impactful ministry and the many lives she has touched throughout her years of service.
We pray that God's continued blessings, peace, and favour will be upon her as she enters this new chapter of life.
Congratulations, Major Rosemary Matunde, and thank you for your faithful service to the glory of God.
