Founded in the early 1930's by missionaries and named Hotchkiss memorial church, later named Tenwek Africa Gospel Church.

James 4:8
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

How to draw near to God
1. Know God, Put our trust in him. Ps 73:28
2. Serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind. 1 Chron 28:9
3. Maintaining outward and inward purity: Ps 24:4(51:6-7)
4. Having a renewed heart& right spirit Ps. 51:10 Ezekiel 37:25-27

How close/far are you from the Lord today
prayer: Lord help me to make every effort to draw closer to you. Amen.
