A MOTHER'S GREAT FAITH preached by Ptra. Myra "Sol" Crespo

>
"Now a man of the tribe of Levi married a Levite woman, and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. When she saw that he was a fine child, she hid him for three months. But when she could hide him no longer, she got a papyrus basket for him and coated it with tar and pitch. Then she placed the child in it and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. His sister stood at a distance to see what would happen to him.

Then Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank. She saw the basket among the reeds and sent her female slave to get it. She opened it and saw the baby. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This is one of the Hebrew babies,” she said.

Then his sister asked Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and get one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?”
“Yes, go,” she answered. So the girl went and got the baby’s mother. Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this baby and nurse him for me, and I will pay you.” So the woman took the baby and nursed him.

When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses, saying, “I drew him out of the water.”

1️⃣ A Godly Parent
• Jochebed is fearing God more than man
• Kahit palpak tayo sa mundo, nakitaan pa rin tayo ng something special ng Panginoon
• Supporting Verse: Proverbs 29:25 🔖

2️⃣ A Good Plan
• This is not to abandon Moses, but an act of a mother's great faith
• What is the thing that causes your life and death just to save your child?
• Family is involved in the plan, walang solohista
• Great care doesn't cover overdoing - balance dapat!
• Supporting Verse: Hebrews 11:23 🔖

3️⃣ A Grand Providence
• God is never late, and never early, He is always right on time
• God's miraculous works utilizing Pharaoh's daughter to see something beautiful from that Hebrew baby in the basket (Moses)
• 3 Major Problems of Jochebed: Security, Poverty and keeping the baby alive - yet, the answer to the Great Faith of this Mother: Protection, by showing mercy and making allowance to nurse her own child through Pharaoh's daughter
• Supporting Verse: Acts 7:21 🔖

VICTORY OVER ADVERSITY preached by Ptra. Liza Kudou

>
"And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you"

There is Victory over Adversity because:
1️⃣ THE PAIN IS PROVISIONAL
• God allows suffering, to produce maturity
• Si Lord pinadadaan niya tayo sa adversity hindi para saktan, pero para ika'y sukatin - faith, consistency, foundation and our heart
• You are not being destroyed, but you are being developed
• Every delay, has a divine deadline

2️⃣ THE PROVIDER IS PRESENT
• Grace sustains people through trials, hindi mo matatamo ang grace kung walang sufferings, that is His way to restore us
• Grace is not season but sufficient
• Supporting Verse: 1 Corinthians 10:13 & John 1:16 🔖

3️⃣ THE PRIZE IS PERFECT
• God doesn't discard you, but He repair you
• The same pressure that tore you, will be the same pressure that will build you
• The strength is build through endurance
• Pain is not the final place, but stability is
• Supporting Verse: 2 Timothy 4:7-8 🔖

To God be the highest praises, glory & thanksgiving 🤲🏻

Sunday isn’t just a day—it’s a reminder that we’re not meant to walk alone. Come as you are and be renewed together 🙏✨

How many of us stop and ponder why we're doing what we're doing? Ask ourselves, "Am I really taking into account my heart in the actions I take?" His good news is the answer; we ought to take a moment to observe our motives 💛

If we aim to bring glory to God in everything we do, instead of pursuing personal recognition. Today, stop asking why and start seeking Him. Make a conscious effort to examine why we are doing what we do. Jesus should be our priority ⭐

Mark your calendar this upcoming Sunday at 10:30 am (JST) to worship and draw our faith more closer to Jesus. Cannot wait to have fellowship with you. Praying for your coming 🔥🙏🏻

THE MOTIVE OF WHAT WE DO preached by Ptra. Myra "Sol" Crespo

>
"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God".

The motive of what we do has:
1️⃣ THE PURPOSEFUL ACTIVITY
• Is it lawful to offer food and drink to idols? - Is the things you do, would glorify God? God is not looking on what we do, but on why we do it.
• Eat freely with thanksgiving if it harms no one; refrain if it causes others to stumble
• Don't be concern on your own good, but of how we care for others
• Am I assessing my heart on the things I do even when no one is watching?
• Supporting verse: Deuteronomy 12:7 🔖

2️⃣ THE PROPER ACTION
• Everything is wasted, when our motive is wrong
• God reminds us that people can judge to our visible actions, but He looks on the deeper level of our motives, of how we think, and of what is in our hearts
• It is contradicting to expect a rightful outcome, if our deeds is inappropriate is just a sabotage of deceit to us
• We may do good outwardly, but the true value of the action is the motive behind it - in our relationship, work, family and even in our ministries
• Supporting verse: Colossians 3:17 🔖

3️⃣ THE PURE AIM
• Am I doing this for you, my Lord?
• Mapagod man tayo, pero lagi tayong kinakatagpo ng Panginoon gamit ang kanyang mga salita
• Supporting verse: Colossians 3:24 🔖

Here's to celebrating the gift of faith & life to our dearest pastor in Christ:
