Does the course include any extra curriculum activities?

YES! We will be doing activities with the KIDS (only) between sessions so we can have their attention (because kids attention span is 15 minutes), so we will be having breaks every 15 minutes to read Islamic books, play puzzles, listening to nasheeds and many more.

There will be homeworks sent to every student (whether it’s a kid or an adult) concerning the lesson we take and the answers will be discussed in the next lesson.

Can you describe how the lecture will be? (Adults edition)

First 3 minutes: Introduction, talking about the importance of Quran and the gatherings of thikr.

An hour: Explanation of the lesson.

20 minutes: Reading Quran and applying the tajweed lesson we took that day and the previous ones.

5 minutes: End the lecture with some duaa and answering some questions if the student has any.

How much does the course cost?

The course is 12 lectures, each is an hour and a half long (90 minutes long), taken within a period of 3 months.

Prices for individuals (1 person):
Females aging 11 years and above: 100$ for the whole course.
Kids males or females aging 6-10 years: 120$ for the whole course.

Prices for groups (2-5 peopel):
Females aging 11 years and above: 70$ each for the whole course.
Kids males or females aging 6-10 years: 90$ each

▪️How long is the course? How many lectures? and what subjects will it cover?

✔️The course consists of 12 lectures (90 minutes long) taken within a period of 3 months (1 lecture a week).

✔️We will be covering these topics:

1. The right pronunciation of the letters (where they come out from and their characteristics) (الصفات و المخارج) will take around 5 lectures.

2. Rules of the Noon assakenah and the tanween (أحكام النون الساكنة و التنوين) will take around 3 lectures.

3. Rules of the lam essakenah (أحكام اللام الساكنة) will take around 2 lectures.

4. The extensions (المدود) will take around 2 lectures.

5. Pronunciation marks meanings in the Quran (قواعد الضبط) will take less than a lecture.

You will have the ability to read Quran properly with the correct pronunciation of the letters and the basic tajweed rules.

Who can enroll in Tarteel Academy?

-Genders: Females starting from the age of 6 years.
Males from the age of 6-10 years.

-Languages: You must at least know how to pronounce Arabic words even if you don’t understand what you’re reading (Because I unfortunately don’t teach Arabic).

-And of course having the intention to study tajweed for the sake of Allah only 🥰

Assalamu alaikum -peace and blessings be upon you- 👋🏻

I’m Lina, the main teacher in Tarteel Academy and the one running it 🥰

Tarteel Academy is an online Tajweed academy aiming to teach women and kids the basic Tajweed rules (in rewayet hafs) both in Arabic and English. I will gladly teach you anywhere you are whether you’re a single person or a group 🤗

-Here are some of my qualifications:

1. I have the advanced Tajweed certificate in rewayet Hafs from “The Conservation of The Holy Quran Society” in Jordan, and aiming to inshaAllah get the ejazah within the next year.

2. I have some experience in teaching young kids.

3. I’m currently an online Tajweed teacher for a group of 5 women (friends and family members).

4. I’m a Quran hifth teacher (supervising 10 girls to memorize the whole Quran inshaAllah).

5. I’m not a hafitha yet, but I’ve alhamdulillah memorised 10 juz’.

6. I’m a medical student and an Islamic studies student.

🌱 I love the words of Allah and I absolutely admire Tajweed, Subhana Allah there’s an indescribable calmness and a taste of sweetness when you read Quran the way our beloved prophet -peace and blessings be upon him- used to, which led me to open Tarteel Academy and decide to teach Tajweed so that every sister and every little kid could read the words of Allah just how they were sent to the prophet -peace and blessings be upon him- and see how beautiful it is to read Quran correctly in a way the pleases Allah subhanuhu wa ta’ala.

🌱 Don’t forget that the goal and purpose for learning tajweed is for the sake of Allah, so before you enroll in Tarteel Academy make sure that your intentention is set towards that.
