شاركت دار الكتاب المقدس في الاردن في اللقاء العالمي « UBS Fellowship Event»، التي جمع 138 من قادة جمعيات الكتاب المقدس من مختلف أنحاء العالم للتفكير في مواضيع رئيسية مثل الخدمة المتكاملة للكتاب المقدس، والقيادة ذات التوجه الإرسالي ، واستدامة الرسالة والخدمة ، وربط الناس بكلمة الله في عالم سريع التغير.
كما كان الاحتفال بمرور 80 عامًا على تأسيس الاتحاد العالمي لجمعيات الكتاب المقدس (United Bible Societies) تذكيرًا قويًا بإرث طويل من الشراكة والخدمة المشتركة، وبدورنا كجزء من حركة عالمية تنقل رسالة الكتاب المقدس عبر الأمم والثقافات.
تلا ذلك قمة باتموس العالمية (Patmos Global Summit )التي استمرت ثلاثة أيام، حيث ركزت المناقشات والأبحاث على التفاعل مع الكتاب المقدس وكيفية تفاعل الناس مع الكتاب المقدس في سياقات متنوعة حول العالم. استكشفت الجلسات مستقبل خدمة الكتاب المقدس، والتعاون العالمي، والطرق الفعالة لإشراك الأجيال والمجتمعات المختلفة في كلمة الله.
نحن ممتنون لهذه الفرصة، التي تذكرنا مرة أخرى بأننا لسنا وحدنا، بل جزء من هيئة عالمية تعمل معًا حتى تتغير حياة المزيد من الناس من خلال كلمة الله.
The Bible Society in Jordan participated in the UBS Fellowship Event, which brought together 138 leaders of Bible Societies from around the world to reflect on key themes such as holistic Bible ministry, missional leadership, the sustainability of mission and service, and connecting people with God’s Word in a rapidly changing world.
The celebration of the 80th anniversary of the United Bible Societies (UBS) also served as a powerful reminder of a long legacy of partnership and shared service, and of our role as part of a global movement that carries the message of the Bible across nations and cultures.
This was followed by the three-day Patmos Global Summit, where discussions and research focused on Bible engagement and how people interact with Scripture in diverse contexts around the world. The sessions explored the future of Bible ministry, global collaboration, and effective ways to engage different generations and communities with God’s Word.
We are grateful for this opportunity, which reminds us once again that we are not alone, but part of a global fellowship working together so that more lives may be transformed through the Word of God.
