you are warmly invited to join the next Ngondro retreat in Torretta from 1st of May until 5th of May 2025
We will have the pleasure to share our time with traveling teachers Michaela Fritzges and Anja Mangels. Meditation, evening lectures and Ngondro explanations will be the core of the programme in the beautiful and inspiring natural Ligurian environment of the Italian Riviera.
The programme will be flexible according to the wishes of the participants.
ACCOMMODATIONS
In the wooden house (Gompa): 5 € per person.
In the retreat huts and caravan: 12 € per person
In your own tent or in the gompa tent: 5 € per person
Please bring your matress, sleeping bag, torch, and sturdy shoes.
LECTURES: 7 €
FOOD breakfast: 4 € - lunch & dinner: 6 €
In case of any food allergy, please let us know in advance.
