Between heaven and earth.
The incredible mirrored design of the floor and ceiling at St. Peter’s basilica —what’s above echoes below, and we stand right in the middle of it. The ceiling draws the eye upward in awe. We are suspended between the divine and the human, held in the space where eternity meets the present moment. The beauty above reminds us that our destination is heaven.

In the quiet shadows of Santa Prassede in Rome, you can find the pillar where Jesus was scourged before the crucifixion.

This relic, brought to Rome in the early centuries of Christianity, has been venerated for generations as a silent witness to unimaginable suffering.
