In a world often described as secular, 1.2 millions people in Spain, prayed and worshipped together, demonstrated that spiritual hunger and the search for meaning remain strong. The compassion and faith revealed in Madrid during Vigil mass as 60,000 people esp. thousands of young people, knelt before the Blessed Sacrament. Pope Leo’s visit to Madrid transforms a crowd into a chapel of prayer. The lesson is clear: when hearts are open to God and to one another, faith remains alive, hope is renewed and compassion becomes a powerful witness to the world.
We must remember that people are often drawn not merely by doctrine but by experiencing genuine care and hope.
