The Kick Off meeting for the 2026 St. Nicholas Serata for Charity happened tonight with a subcommittee of the larger Serata Operating Committee (SOC). The event is December 5, 2026, and it will feature the return of the Amazing Wine Cellar at the Live Auction. Mark your calendars today!

Many thanks to our Parish Council Members who worked so hard this year. Tonight was our annual end of the year meeting followed by a special barbecue on our terrazzo. It was a beautiful night -- not too hot, with a nice early evening breeze. A good time was experienced by all! Happy Summer!

Congratulations to Mary and Kieran Cunningham on their 25th Wedding Anniversary. Fr. Greg had the honor of officiating at their wedding in the Chapel of the Choir in St. Peter's Basilica 25 years ago. Tanti auguri!

With sadness we announce the passing of Peter Alegi, a longtime Santa Susanna/St. Patrick's parishioner and good friend to the Paulists and to the American community in Rome. Peter would have been 91 next month. He is survived by his wife Lynda, his three sons Gregory, Peter and Danny and his five grandchildren. As an attorney, Peter was a great support and counselor for us over the past decades and was especially helpful us during our four years without a church (2013-2017), not to mention previous difficulties when Santa Susanna was closed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Peter's funeral Mass will be at St. Patrick's (Chiesa di San Patrizio a Villa Ludovisi, Via Boncompagni 31) on Monday, June 15, in the morning at 10:30 AM and his burial will follow in the afternoon in Todi. May Peter rest in peace. May the angels lead him to paradise.

Today we celebrated the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ. Some of our First Communion children assisted with the homily as well as the Blessed Sacrament Procession. Yeonoh Min also received his First Holy Communion. It was a great celebration!

The Solemnity of The Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) is celebrated this weekend and all are welcomed especially to our 10:30 AM Mass on Sunday. One of our students will receive his First Communion at the 10:30 AM Mass.

At the end of the Mass, we will have a procession of the Blessed Sacrament. We have invited this year’s First Communion Children (from both our Religious Education and Marymount Programs) to come dressed in their First Communion clothes and walk in front of the procession, tossing flower petals to lead the way.
