Present in 14 countries & growing, YTOL forms within the Church a worldwide spiritual community aiming at spiritual formation of its members within a team.

The Youth Teams of Our Lady (YTOL) International Movement originated during at the International Meeting (IM) of the TOL couples (END) in Rome in 1976. Christine d'Amonville, daughter of French couple responsible for International END at the time, decided to organize a parallel event to the END IM; a meeting catered to the sons and daughters of the END married couples. Through collaboration with Fr. Guy Thomazeau, the young adults enjoyed a meeting unique to their special vocation and stage of life: young single adulthood. Having witnessed the many spiritual fruits their parents gained from their involvement, the young adults were hungry for the same faith-sharing and fellowship for themselves. The young adults in attendance decided it was time to have a movement to call their own; for their specific charism. Since its inception, the movement has spread throughout the world with over 4,000 members in 14 countries: including Portugal, Spain, Italy, Brazil, France, Canada, Lebanon, Syria, Mozambique, Costa Rica, Haiti, Angola, Panama, and the United States. Its current international headquarters are located in California, USA, which is where the International Secretariat resides and operates. “The reason for loving God is God Himself; and the measure of love due to Him is immeasurable love.” — St. Bernard of Clairvaux

St. Bernard reminds us that we do not love God simply because of what He gives us or what He can do for us. We love Him because He is God, and He loved us first.

Christian love is not meant to be calculated. It asks us to move beyond loving only when it is easy, convenient, or returned. The closer we grow to Christ, the more we learn to love without keeping score—to give ourselves freely to God and to one another.

Today, may we ask for the grace to love God not halfway, but with our whole heart, and to let that love overflow into the way we serve those around us.

Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 🙏
Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into the glory of Heaven—a beautiful reminder of the hope that awaits us in Christ.
As young adults striving to follow Jesus, may we look to Mary’s faith, humility, and complete trust in God as our example.

🌍 International Meeting 2026 🇫🇷

One week. One family. One faith.

As our International Meeting comes to a close, we thank God for every prayer, every friendship, and every grace received.

From the Holy Mass at Notre-Dame Cathedral, to gathering at the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, to our stay at Massabielle, we witnessed the beauty of our international YTOL family. Every encounter reminded us that although we come from many nations and speak different languages, we are one family in Christ through Our Lady.

Thank you to everyone who made this week unforgettable. May the friendships, faith, and mission we shared continue to bear fruit as we return to our countries.

Uma semana. Uma só família. Uma só fé.

Ao encerrarmos o nosso Encontro Internacional, damos graças a Deus por cada oração, cada amizade e cada graça recebida.

Da Santa Missa em Notre-Dame, ao encontro na Basílica do Sagrado Coração, até à nossa estadia em Massabielle, contemplámos a beleza da nossa família internacional da YTOL. Cada encontro recordou-nos que, embora venhamos de muitas nações e falemos diferentes línguas, somos uma só família em Cristo por Nossa Senhora.

Obrigado a todos por tornarem esta semana inesquecível. Que as amizades, a fé e a missão que partilhámos continuem a dar frutos quando regressarmos aos nossos países.

Al concluir nuestro Encuentro Internacional, damos gracias a Dios por cada oración, cada amistad y cada gracia recibida.

Desde la Santa Misa en Notre-Dame, hasta nuestro encuentro en la Basílica del Sagrado Corazón y nuestra estancia en Massabielle, fuimos testigos de la belleza de nuestra familia internacional de YTOL. Cada encuentro nos recordó que, aunque venimos de muchas naciones y hablamos diferentes idiomas, somos una sola familia en Cristo por Nuestra Señora.

Gracias a todos por hacer de esta semana algo inolvidable. Que las amistades, la fe y la misión que compartimos sigan dando fruto al regresar a nuestros países.
