EVENTO | 📅 Dal 14 al 17 giugno 2026 Belgrado 🇷🇸 ospiterà il 53° Incontro annuale dei delle Conferenze Episcopali d’Europa, organizzato dal su invito di S.Em. Card. Ladislav Nemet, SVD, Arcivescovo di Belgrado e Vice Presidente del CCEE.

🙏 Sul tema “Essere sacerdoti oggi in Europa: la vocazione e la formazione”, i partecipanti rifletteranno sulle sfide e le opportunità del ministero sacerdotale nel contesto europeo contemporaneo.

EVENT | 📅 From 14 to 17 June 2026, Belgrade 🇷🇸 will host the 53rd Annual Meeting of the of the European Bishops' Conferences, organized by the at the invitation of H.Em. Cardi. Ladislav Nemet, SVD, Archbishop of Belgrade and Vice-President of the CCEE.

🙌 The 6th World Apostolic Congress on Mercy has started today in Vilnius, 🇱🇹 Lithuania, on the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.

The Congress was opened with Holy Mass celebrated by H.E. Msgr. Gintaras Grušas, Archbishop of Vilnius and President of the CCEE, who reminded participants that “the Eucharist is the very center of God’s Mercy.”

💒 Reflecting on the theme of the Congress, “Building the City of Mercy,” Archbishop Grušas emphasized that the true City of Mercy is not built of structures, but of people transformed by God’s love.

Following the celebration, thousands of faithful joined the traditional 🌸 Eucharistic procession through the streets of Vilnius, bearing witness to the living presence of Christ and to the enduring power of Divine Mercy. 🩷

📅 The Congress will continue until 12 June 2026.

🙏🌍 EVENT | The CCEE–SECAM Seminar concluded yesterday with the celebration of Holy Mass presided over by H.Em. Card. Fridolin Ambongo, President of SECAM and Archbishop of Kinshasa.

🤝 Hosted by H. Em. Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, Archbishop of Luxembourg and Vice-President of CCEE, the seminar brought together bishops from Europe and Africa and further strengthened the long-standing fraternal ties between the Churches on the two continents.

🙏🌍 EVENTO | Il Seminario CCEE–SECAM si è concluso ieri con la celebrazione della Santa Messa presieduta da S.Em. Card. Fridolin Ambongo, Presidente del SECAM e Arcivescovo di Kinshasa.

🤝 Ospitato da S.Em. Card. Jean-Claude Hollerich, Arcivescovo di Lussemburgo e Vice Presidente del CCEE, il seminario ha riunito vescovi provenienti dall’Europa e dall’Africa e ha ulteriormente rafforzato i legami fraterni di lunga data tra le Chiese dei due continenti.

🤝🌍 EVENT | The final day of the CCEE–SECAM Seminar, Thursday 28 May, was dedicated to "Evangelii Gaudium" and to the theme of evangelisation in the European and African contexts.

🗣️ The speakers were H.E. Msgr. Alexandre Joly, Bishop of Troyes, and H.E. Msgr. José Manuel Imbamba, Archbishop of Saurimo and Second Vice-President of SECAM.

🤝🌍 EVENTO | La giornata conclusiva del Seminario CCEE–SECAM, giovedì 28 maggio, è stata dedicata all’Evangelii Gaudium e al tema dell’evangelizzazione nei contesti europeo e africano.

🗣️ Gli scambi si sono concentrati sulla “Fase attuativa del Sinodo sulla sinodalità” e hanno offerto l’opportunità di condividere le esperienze delle Chiese nei due continenti.

🤝🌍 EVENT | The third day of the CCEE–SECAM Seminar in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 began on Wednesday, 27 May, with the celebration of Holy Mass presided over by H.E. Msgr. Gintaras Grušas, President of the CCEE. 🙏

👉The programme continues with working sessions dedicated to the “Implementation Phase of the Synod on Synodality”, offering an opportunity for bishops from Europe and Africa to reflect together on how to continue walking as a synodal Church in their local communities.

🤝🌍 EVENTO | La terza giornata del Seminario CCEE–SECAM a Lussemburgo 🇱🇺 si è aperta mercoledì 27 maggio con la celebrazione della Santa Messa presieduta da S.E. Mons. Gintaras Grušas, Presidente del CCEE. 🙏

Il programma prosegue con le sessioni di lavoro dedicate alla “Fase attuativa del Sinodo sulla sinodalità”, offrendo ai vescovi d’Europa e d’Africa un’occasione di riflessione comune su come continuare a camminare insieme come Chiesa sinodale nelle proprie comunità locali.

EVENT | 🙏 The CCEE–SECAM Seminar started on Tuesday, 26 May, with the celebration of Holy Mass at the Abbey of Echternach 🇱🇺, presided over by H.Em. Card. Ladislav Nemet , SVD, Archbishop of Belgrade and Vice-President of CCEE.

👥 The participants also took part in the famous Echternach Dancing Procession (Iechternacher Sprangprëssioun), rooted in the cult of Saint Willibrord and inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. ✨

EVENTO | 🙏 Il Seminario CCEE–SECAM è iniziato martedì 26 maggio con la celebrazione della Santa Messa presso l’Abbazia di Echternach 🇱🇺, presieduta da S.Em. Card. Ladislav Nemet , SVD, Arcivescovo di Belgrado e Vice Presidente del CCEE.

👥 I partecipanti hanno inoltre preso parte alla celebre Processione danzante di Echternach (Iechternacher Sprangprëssioun), fondata sul culto di San Villibrordo e iscritta nella Lista rappresentativa del patrimonio culturale immateriale dell’umanità dell’UNESCO. ✨
