Revelation 7:1. After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.
2. Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea,
3. saying, "Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads."

God told Moses to tell the Israelites to kill a Paschal lamb and sprinkle it's blood on the doorpost so that when the Angel with the sword should pass he won't destroy their first born,this blood on the door post was a sign to know those who are of the Lord, thus does the Lord have a seal today to know those who are his in our world

A seal is a sign of something to show the authenticity of a document,a bill or a law it must have a seal or signature,the document from president buhari will have his name, office and territory,this is actually copied from the law giver God, we have ten commandments only one has the seal of God the fourth commandments, God says Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy six days thou shalt labour and do all thy work but the Sabbath day is the day of the Lord thy God(NAME)In it you shall not do any work you nor thy son nor thy daughter nor thy cattle for in six days the Lord created (creator)the heavens (territory) n rested d seventh day
