☀️ MORNING RENDEZVOUS ☀️

UZZIAH MUST DIE IN YOUR LIFE
“In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphim… And they were calling to one another: ‘Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.’”
Isaiah 6:1–3 (NIV)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
As believers in Christ, we often talk about God’s glory and desire to see His glory revealed in our lives. I believe you have prayed that prayer before.

In Isaiah’s experience, the death of Uzziah marked a significant shift. In the year King Uzziah died, Isaiah saw the Lord. Something that had occupied his vision was removed, and his eyes were lifted to behold the glory of God.

What about you? What is your Uzziah? What has taken God’s place in your heart? What attitudes, habits, distractions, or compromises are hindering you from experiencing more of His presence and glory?

Today, ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal anything that needs to die so that Christ may have His rightful place in your life.

: Father God, I bless Your holy name. Search my heart and reveal my shortcomings to me. Show me everything that is taking Your place in my life. Give me grace to surrender it and help me to walk faithfully with You. Let Your glory be revealed in and through my life. In Jesus Christ’s mighty name I pray. Amen!

A PRAYER FOR YOU
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.”
Isaiah 60:1 (NIV)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Light brings illumination. Light brings clarity. Light brings direction. Light takes away fear.

As you begin this new week, I pray that you will receive divine illumination. May God bring clarity where there has been confusion and direction where you have been uncertain.

May the Lord direct you to the right people, the right offices, the right places, and the right opportunities. May He order your steps and cause you to recognise the doors He has opened for you.

Child of God, above all, I pray that every fear will be driven out. May the light of God shine brightly upon you, fill your heart with joy, and remind you that you are never walking alone.
Arise and shine! Your light has come! ✨

: Father God, thank You for Your light that shines upon me. As I begin this new week, illuminate my path, give me clarity in every confusing situation, and direct my steps. Take away every fear and fill my heart with Your peace and joy. Let Your glory be revealed in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

ALL WILL SEE THE LIGHT IN YOU! ✨
“Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the LORD rises to shine on you.”
Isaiah 60:1 (NLT)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Darkness flees when light appears. This reminds me of my youthful days when there was a power outage and how we would rejoice with laughter and shouts when the power was restored.

Why were we so happy? Because the darkness had been dispelled!

Sadly, some Christians walk as though they have lost the battle. There is no rejoicing, no laughter, and no singing. But beloved, you have a reason to rejoice! The Light has come.

This is the time for your attitude and your life to cause people to ask, “What is the Good News?” Let the world see that Jesus, your Light, is alive in you. Your Light has come! Arise and shine!

: Father God, thank You for Your grace and mercy. I will not walk like a defeated child of God. I choose to walk in Your light, and I pray that Your light and glory will be revealed through me here on earth. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen and Amen!

LIGHT HAS COME! ✨

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Back in my secondary school days, some formulas were so difficult to understand that they made the subject uninteresting. But once I understood the formula, attending the class became enjoyable.

It is the same with life. The moment you understand who you are in Christ, your perspective changes. The formula for victorious living is not hidden, your Light has come!

Beloved, when you received Jesus Christ, you came into His marvellous light. Therefore, this is not the time to remain hidden or defeated. Arise! Shine! Let the glory of God be revealed through your life.

: Dear God, thank You for Your light that shines upon me. I arise and walk in Your light. Holy Spirit, help me to live as a child of light and let God’s glory be revealed through my life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

SHINE! !
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.”

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Many Christians walk in defeat because they believe more in what they see than in what God can do. They allow their circumstances to paint a picture of limitation and convince them of what will never be.

But child of God, you are called to shine in the midst of darkness. Your circumstances do not determine who you are or what God can do through you.

This world may be filled with darkness, but the light of Christ shines through you. Let His glory be seen in your words, your actions, and your life. SHINE in every dark circumstance. Jesus is Lord over your life!

PRAYER : Heavenly Father, I thank You for being my light and the One who guides my path. I choose to shine wherever I go. Holy Spirit, lead me always and help me reflect the glory of Christ in all I do. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
There are times in life when we become so overwhelmed by our circumstances that we fail to see what the Lord is doing.

We allow our situations to dictate the course of our lives, while God is speaking a different word over us.

Child of God, gather yourself and arise! Your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is upon you. This new month, God has called you to rise above your circumstances, overcome every obstacle, and soar on high places.

ARISE! SHINE! HIS GLORY IS UPON YOU!

:Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me into a new month. Help me to arise above every circumstance and see what You are doing in my life. Let Your glory shine upon me and give me strength to walk in victory. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

☀️ MORNING RENDEZVOUS ☀️

SEEK HIS KINGDOM FIRST
“Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.”
Luke 12:31 (ESV)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Have you ever seen a “WANTED” notice offering a reward for information leading to the person’s capture? People will search diligently when there is something valuable to gain.

Today, God is calling us to a different kind of search that is to seek His Kingdom. The world can make us chase after money, success, recognition, and possessions. But Jesus tells us to put God’s Kingdom first. When God becomes our priority, we can trust Him to take care of what concerns us.

Beloved, seek Him above everything else. Pursue His presence, His righteousness, and His will. The greatest reward is not what we receive from seeking God, it is finding God Himself.

: Heavenly Father, thank You for calling me to seek Your Kingdom. Help me to place You above every earthly desire and pursuit. Holy Spirit, guide my heart and keep me focused on God. May my life continually seek His presence and His will. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

☀️ MORNING RENDEZVOUS ☀️

HE WILL NOT FORSAKE YOU
“The Lord is with you while you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.”
2 Chronicles 15:2 (ESV)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Have you ever taken time to examine your walk with God? Many Christians rarely pause to do a sincere soul search.

When we hear, “God will never leave you nor forsake you,” we can sometimes misunderstand His grace and think we can live however we please without consequences.

Jesus said, “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.” Our love for God should be reflected in our obedience and our desire to remain close to Him.

Child of God, take time today to examine your heart. Are you seeking God wholeheartedly? Are you walking in His ways? Do a soul search. Return to Him. Stay close to Him.

:Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness and unfailing love. Search my heart and reveal anything that is taking me away from You. Give me grace to obey Your Word and remain close to You. Holy Spirit, lead me in Your ways and help me to seek God wholeheartedly. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!

☀️ MORNING RENDEZVOUS ☀️

THE LORD ANSWERS
“I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and rescued me from all my fears.”
Psalm 34:4 (NASB)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
One day, I received a text message from a young lady who wrote, “As for me, God does not answer me when I pray.” As I reflected on her words, I realized that many Christians feel the same way.

But Scripture reminds us that when we seek the Lord, He answers us. His answer may not always come in the way or at the time we expect, but God is faithful.

Child of God, when you seek Him, pay attention to His response. Sometimes He says yes, sometimes wait, and sometimes He redirects us because He knows what is best. God’s timing is not always our timing. Be patient. Keep seeking. Keep praying. Keep trusting.

:Heavenly Father, thank You because You hear me when I call upon You. Help me to trust Your answers and Your timing. Holy Spirit, give me patience to wait and wisdom to recognize God’s response when it comes. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
